Students stress
Minds lament
Is this the type of education
Our government has lent?
I'm here to learn
To grow my vocabulary
But instead I am forced
To sit motionless and silently
"Smile!"
"Don't stress this test!"
You mean the very test
That you've said more important than all the rest?
And look, I want to do this
I just phisically can't
Please don't go
On a needless rant
Children cry
Schools say they're trying.
But are they really?
The children are dying!
Yes, I could be a star
But what difference does a star make
If it's too far away
To even see?
