Not Being A Model Model

Summary:

Enaga being a mannequin for Chiaki

Notes:

from rosemirmir

Prompt: XIV: helping them dress or undress

I mean...modeling isn't....either? Quite? But like. yeah

Work Text:

"Stay still," Chiaki scolded, pins in his mouth. "Isn't this your entire job?"

"Usually it's already made, though," Enaga pointed out, although he stood straighter.

"You're the one who wanted me to make you more clothes!"

Enaga swallowed a laugh over Chiaki's indignant expression, for it was true. Even if he wasn't a model, he'd want Chiaki's clothes.

"I'm sorry, Chiaki-kun. I'll stand still."

Chiaki rolled his eyes, but Enaga could see a hint of red in Chiaki's ears that was threatening to make its way to his cheeks.

It was easier than taking pictures, at least, because he didn't need to stay still in weird positions and follow the camera with the required expression.

"Okay, I'll take this off now," Chiaki declared once the last of the pins were placed. He glared at Enaga, who looked away innocently. He wasn't going to send all of Chiaki's hard work to the floor again, nor get himself pricked and scratched by various pins as it fell to said floor. Once (okay, twice) was enough.

Chiaki was careful and thorough, pulling gently to get Enaga's arms out of sleeves before carefully pulling it off of Enaga's head, having gathered the entirety of the shirt around his neck first.

"I'll start sewing it tomorrow," he promised as he got it into a garment bag, to Enaga's slight disappointment. He had wanted to see the design in more than pieces.

Then again, tomorrow wasn't all that far away. He'd get to see it as Chiaki concentrated over the sewing machine, making sure he didn't sew the whole garment together. (Which Enaga did on a near-every-time-he-used-the-machine basis. And also when he handsewed it.)

The white t-shirt he had been wearing was thrown in his face.

"Get dressed."

Enaga considered that and instead grabbed Chiaki by the waist after he came back from hanging the garment bag on the door.

"Now why would I do that, when I'd rather get you undressed," he purred into Chiaki's ear, unable to stop the grin when Chiaki blushed but put Enaga's hand under his own shirt, letting Enaga start mapping his skin as they moved towards the bed.
