Sometime after Rae’s duel with Manaria, Rae and Claire were talking about what happened. After explaining everything, Rae concluded by saying she was no longer qualified to be by Claire’s side.
“…Do you think I can’t have two people by my side?” Claire asked, confused.
“...I haven’t really thought about whether I could do polyamory, but I guess it could be worth trying.”
Claire blushed and glared. “Do you ever stop saying foolish things? Manaria is just a friend!”
Rae nodded. “I see. So it can be just me and you, after all.”
Claire sighed. No, apparently Rae was not going to stop saying foolish things.
Rae smirked. “Sorry to leave you, Miss Claire, but I think I’m ready for bed. I’ll dote on you some more tomorrow.”
Claire smiled. “Good night, Rae.”
