Chapter Text
A lot has happened to Harry in a relatively short amount of time, so I thought it best to provide a timeline for those who wish to use such a thing to keep track of things.
This lists the dates, then the chapters of either Blood and Ink (BaI) or Bits, Bobs, and Assorteds (BBA) and a very brief X happened here. Dates given for Canon are taken from the HP Lexicon. They are likely inaccurate for 1995 and I’ll own that.
This will NOT contain spoilers for things to come and will be updated every ten chapters of the main fic.

End of GoF - Third task. Cedric's Death. Riddle's return.
July 3
End of GoF - Return to Privet Drive
July 6
BaI Chapter 1 - Harry finds Lily's things in a box in the attic. Letter to Gringotts sent.
July 7 - 8
BaI Chapter 2 - Trip to Gringotts. Blood used as ID. Vassal Rings warm. Barty takes notice.
July 9 - 11
BaI Chapter 3 - Letters, including one from Moody. Harry leaves Privet Drive for good. Ashenwold rumours start following formal notice in Daily Prophet (No one knows this is Harry).
July 12
BBA Chapter 2 - Ignatius and family seen in Diagon Alley.
July 13
BaI Chapter 4 - 5 Harry in Leaky Cauldron; back to Gringotts and obtains his rings. Barty in Diagon.
July 14
BaI Chapter 5 - Leaky with Hermione and Ron who learn Harry is a Lord. Letter to Andromeda (same day reply.) Barty encounter that night.
July 15
BaI Chapter 6 - Sirius arrives at the Leaky. From him, they learn/have it confirmed there are Death Eater families on the vassal list.
July 16
BaI Chapters 7 - 13 - Andromeda’s, then lunch, then to the movies. Harry alone at Leaky. Barty encountered that night.
BBA Chapter 1 - Archie and Melania ‘return from the dead’ following the meeting at Andromeda’s. Thomas Yaxley tells Corban Yaxley, while a Malfoy fixer tells Lady Amaryllis Malfoy. (Potential for a BaB chapter re Thomas telling his brother-in-law?)
July 17
BaI Chapters 14, 15 - Harry tells Hermione and Ron about Barty and leaves the Leaky for Grimmauld Place. Chelsea Gardens that afternoon with an Order Guard shadowing them.
BBA Chapter 3 - Corvus Lestrange reflects on things.
July 18
BaI Chapters 15 to 17 - The first etiquette lesson under Arcturus. Meeting with the Boneses and Greengrasses. Harry has two betrothed!
July 21
BaI Chapter 17 - Meeting with Dumbledore in the afternoon. Harry learns there is a Prophecy about him but refuses to hear it.
July 22
BaI Chapter 18 to 21 - Sirius gives a ‘formal’ etiquette lesson. Another Arcturus Lesson - over lunch. Hermione punches Draco. Voldemort at Malfoy Manor as they plan to get the Prophecy.
