The Media was really pressuring Will with all the questions being Mack, his best friend, Will cannot handle it anymore.
He arrived at his apartment he's sharing with Mack. "Oh hey what's up Will im ordering our usual meal" Mack smiled at Will, Will cannot look at Mack "hey what's wrong Will?" Mack walked closer to Will. Will pushed him away "im ending this" Will walks to his room and starts packing his things "what the hell is wrong with you Will!? You've been acting like this since i came back from Italy!" Mack shouted, Will walks out of his room with his bags "you know what? Gabe is right about you! You are such a selfish stupid dumbfuck! All you care about is your self being the perfect in the team!" Will shouted back "i also care about you Will!".
"Oh now you're just caring about me right now? RIGHT FUCKING NOW?"
"YES!"
"You could've checked on me these past weeks!"
"I FUCKING CANT BECAUSE IM IN THE OLYMPICS!"
"The Media loves you more than me! All they ask to me is about you! Fucking you! Macklin Fucking Celebrini, You know how that hurts me! They didn't even try to ask me how am i how's my playing style going! They didnt even try to credit me for your goals!"
Oof now that hurts Macklin.
"I—"
"You what? Try to apologize and win me back again? Fixing this friendship again? You know how hurts to be with you? You just dont open your eyes yet because you're still getting entertained by the eyes of the crowd, the fans and the Media!"
"Thats not—"
"IM SO TIRED OF GETTING INTO YOUR SHADOW MACKLIN! IM SO FUCKING TIRED OF THIS FRIENDSHIP, WELL ITS BETTER OFF WITHOUT YOU. I CANT TASTE THE FREEDOM OUTSIDE YOUR SHADOW CELEBRINI IM SO FUCKING TIRED" Will started to sob, Mack's eyes just went wide and tears are forming in his eyes.
"You know what, its better for us to be enemies again when we were in college because im getting depressed just by looking at your fucking perfect face"
"No wait please" Mack tried to hold his arm but Will quickly pushed him again.
"You lost your number 1 friend" Will walks away opening the door and closing, leaving Mack alone in the apartment, Mack quickly called Tyler and tell him what happened.
Weeks later, Will started living with Gabe and he told everything what happened, its basically like venting to Gabe.
Mack looks at his phone and looks at his social medias, he was blocked by Will in all of his social medias. They were no longer talking even if Mack stalks Will, he has no chance to win his friendship and his trust back.
Will grabs his phone and he opens the twitter and he saw the media and the article.

Will is pissed about the media and he just turned off his phone, "you okay Will?" Gabe sat down next to him. Will just nodded "its okay, you're better off without him anyways" Gabe snickers, and Will just smiled at Gabe "thanks Gabe, im so thankful that you're here" he says and finally relaxing in Gabe's couch.
Will can finally feel the breeze of freedom after so many years being in shadows of Mack, chains of the media and the crowd's please. They're finally broken after so many years.
