Eula and Amber were both summoned to Jean's office.
The timing was pretty bad for Eula. She wanted to tell Amber about everything, about how she felt about her. But she'd have to wait, which isn't too bad since she is yet to be sure on how to express herself.
"There you both are." Jean said as they both entered the office.
"My apologies for this last minute call but this is quite the important mission." Jean continued.
Amber's eyes shined in excitement.
"Ooo, a top secret mission?!?" Amber squeaked out.
Eula let out a small sigh, before showing the slightest smile for a second before she quickly hid it.
"You could say that, let me run you the briefing." Jean said as she leaned forward onto her desk.
"As you know, Signora of the Fatui harbingers was spotted at the church of favonius a week ago. Yesterday a suspicious fatui agent was spotted near mondstadt. For the safety of Mondstadt, i need you both to investigate a fatui camp located near stormterror's lair which was recently discovered." She paused, before continuing.
"We do not have any information on it, which is why I'm sending you both." She finished with a deep breath.
"We'll handle it, do not worry." Eula said with confidence, taking a step forward.
"Perfect, may the anemo god be with you." She said as she sank in her seat.
Eula headed to the door while amber waved goodbye and teased her about Lisa yet again.
Jean's cheeks were all red as they both left her office. She just hoped they'd be fine. In the meantime she'll finish her paperwork so she can go cuddle up with her girlfriend early.

They both laid down on the ground, observing the camp from afar. 2 fatui skirmisher outside guarding along with an Electro mage. Not an easy task, but fairly manageable for the both of them. Eula kept thinking about what to say. 'hey amber, I like you more then a friend.' was a start, but she felt it'd be too awkward.
"Hey are you listening?" A voice snapped her back to reality.
Amber gave her a curious look as she tilted her head.
'So cute', thought Eula before she quickly answered her question.
"My apologies, my mind was elsewhere." She said, a tiny bit embarrassed about her mistake.
"A bit unusual but anyways, my plan was that I distract them while you close in from the side and flank them." Amber explained.
"Sounds good, whenever your ready." Eula said as she grabbed the hilt of her claymore, before sliding down into the bushes, awaiting the signal. Amber waited a few minutes before she drew her bow. She pulled the string of the bow, aiming down at the fatuus on the right of the gate. She let go of the string, as the arrow flew across from the hill to the gate, striking it's target right in the eye. He yelled in pain while the second fatuus frantically fired blindly towards the hill. This gave enough time for Eula to sneak around and rush towards her targets, slicing both fatui's down with her claymore. Seeing the two Skirmishers going down, the Outrider slid down the hill to join Eula at the gate.
"Alright, now lets see what's behind that gate." The Favonius Captain said before kicking the large gate open. Behind it was a small stone path which lead to a mineshaft.
"Strange, I don't recall this mineshaft been anywhere on the map." Amber said as she walked across the stone path.
"That could explain the Fatui's presence, but something feels wrong." Eula explained as she followed.
They stepped inside the mineshaft, unaware of what they will face inside.
