“Ha… “ Idia sighs as he lays down at his childhood room back at home in the Island of Woe. Not long yesterday, he was playing his games, grinding and stuff until his mom notified him that he had to stay at S.T.Y.X for a month. Apparently his parents have to handle some super complicated SSS+ grade important international conference months after the MEGA HARD BOSS FIGHT AND SSR CALAMITY BROUGHT BY NON OTHER THAN THE —MYTHICAL IMMORTAL CHALLENGER I FINAL BOSS TIER—
MALLEUS DRACONIA.
So he has to step in as the Acting Director of S.T.Y.X once again and look after the place in their absence to save the day. woo!
While the said draconian prince is safely back at NRC, he was also involved in the monitoring process of taking care and cleaning up after the events.
But that being said, the Malleus Arc ended on a happily ever after. Now everyone is jumping on joy, dancing in the power of friendship and shit…
At least it made everyone happy…
And by everyone…
Especially his beloved UR+++ BOYFRIEND— SILVER VANROUGE—who he terribly misses.
ACTUALLY before he had to separate from school, he was gaming as his sleepy boyfriend sleeps on his bed comfortably. He terribly misses the sleeping face that looks like it could rival Aphrodite’s. Not to mention, his white hair that seems like it was threaded by Artemis himself. And when he woke up, his sleepy face and his auroral eyes staring into Idia’s heart! He knows he does not deserve this knight. Actually, he does not know why Silver liked him in the first place. HE CAN DO SO MUCH BETTER THAN IDIA.
But still, despite the truth, Idia cannot help but to grin that he selfishly got the SSR protagonist.
THAT IS RIGHT, HE GOT THE PRINCE AND HE IS HIS!
In which- he will be updating his beloved that he has come home.
Both him and Silver had compromised to update each other through chat once in a while and video chat if possible, considering the time differences. Talk about a temporary LDR plan, to let each other report that the other is alive and stuff.

Idia was shocked at how quickly Silver had seen his message. Was he checking on his phone every now and then? Probably he misses him too… Nahhh…
That's too much delulu! Knowing Silver's routine, Idia knows out of all people, the knight touches grass almost everyday compared to the hermit him.
He probably just finished his club activities right now. And maybe he just looked at the time on his phone after the club ended and saw my message in time.

“w-WHAT!?” The last line made Idia read twice. OH SEVENS! Why is Silver the most coolest and smooth talker who is well oblivious of what he just said. Idia can't help but to giggle and kicking his feet in bed like a middle school teenager in the movies.

“Ha…” Once again Idia sighed heavily as he plopped in his bed.
In the first time of his life, he had never felt this way before.
Hands covering his face as he internally screams his fraustrations. He looked at the glow in the dark stick on stars above his ceiling through the gaps of his fingers. Funny enough he never thought the place he once called his solace to become a place where he felt high levels of distress.
“I never thought I would say that I want to go back to school…ASAP… “

Earlier that day, on the other side of the globe, back at the Island of sages. Throughout the entire day, students noticed that the drowsy sophomore could get more even out of it than before. Noticing that the silver-haired sophmore glances at his phone from time to time, staring at the yard outside the window or at a distance more than usual.
And the expression of his…Students did take note of his lack of expression. But this time, for the first time of their life, they did not expect Silver with an expression as if that he is a maiden yearning for her true love.
He was on the way to the yard, hoping to train for a bit until his next subject. But as usual in perfect timing, he suddenly feels dizzy.
“Hey Silver!” The silver-haired was in the verge of succumbing to the sleeping-spells again til his white-haired eccentric best friend jolted him awake in suprise.
“Oh its you Kalim… I apologize for almost sleeping again. Thank you for waking me up. “
Silver rubs his eyes, yawning as he tries to wake up.
“Hmm? What are you apologizing for? But thanks I guess haha. Glad that I woke you up though!” His friend blinked cluelessly, then laughed light-heartedly. “Anyways— Are you alright Silver? “
Silver looks at Kalim confused. He thinks for a moment, assessing his physical condition. Aside from the drowsy feeling he felt from the spell just now and the constant day dreaming… and the weird feeling in his chest…
It seems he is alright.
Kalim looks at his friend looking kinda troubled, as his brow bone creases in thinking.
Silver nods at Kalim. “I think I am okay?”
“Eh? You think?!“ Kalim looks with shock.
Sensing that there's something else, Silver questions, “Is there something wrong? “
“Eh.. Not really.. Although our class kinda noticed you being completely out of it more than before, and you've been staring at places and fidgeting with your phone more than usual. “
“I have? “ Silver tries to retrace his steps, looking back to his mannerisms throughout the day. He did looked at the yard through the window. Reminiscing the time where he noticed Idia trying to feed the cats at certain spot in the yard. He was later told by Idia after their first date that was also the place where they started being acquainted to one another.
He also counted where he may have daydream of his junior upperclassman, wondering if he has safely arrived back at his home.
Checking his phone from time to time to look at the time and waiting for his senior's response.
He wonders, has Idia come home safely?
Kalim noticing that Silver has gone to the realm of deep thinking, but with “that” expression once again.
The cogs turn inside Kalim's head, the cogs spin as the contraption turns on the light bulb in his head. “OH! Don't tell me it’s about Idia? “
This caught Silver off guard. Was he an open book? He knew some students couldn't tell his face. But was he really showing it for Kalim to guess?
“Idia has gone home to the Island of Woe for a month, it seems his presence was… something I got used to. “ Silver thought about how before they started dating, Idia was always in S.T.Y.X sending updates to Silver about Malleus’ condition. Although he had feelings for the Ignihyde housewarden, he was not as distracted before compared to now.
Is it because they spend too much time together?
Silvers ponders he might have gotten used to Idia's presence after months of spending time together. Although the other may refute, he misses the way his senior talks about his gaming sessions, Precipice Moirai, and anime related media, it's almost as if he’s listening to pleasant music.
As if in that moment..Silver was safe.
Although he needs to be on guard as Malleus’ Retainer, he feels like Idia's presence indicates safety and to rest.
Silver remembers the warm feeling of the wisps of his hair, he last played with it as he was on the verge of falling asleep.
In his journey of recollection, Silver's face is dusted with pink.
“I think I have missed Idia.. “
Kalim looked wide-eyed. He has never thought he sees the day that his best friend in the whole wide world, is blushing right now in just the thought of missing his lover.
“Is this what it feels for your child to grow up? “ Kalim wiped his tears of joy.
“Huh?” Silver blinks in confusion.
“Ah don't mind! I am not gonna compete with my other bestie to adopt his own child.” Kalim talked too fast that Silver could not pick up what he said. “If you missed him so much, how about you chat with him right now in our free time? “
“Oh… right. “ Silver remembered that he and Idia proposed a compromise where they both update each other in their phones to know how the other might be faring.
“This calls for a celebration! I shall call Jamil to throw a party—”
Opening the message app, he saw a green circle glowing beside the profile picture of the person, which means that they're available for chatting.
He pressed on to Idia profile picture, which he has of a blurred picture of Grim.
He stares at the chat wondering how he would start.

: I will be boarding the plane in a bit.
: Mission Complete: Successfully boarded
the plane. No Harm as of yet.

Silver: Hello Idia.
: Thank you for the updates and reporting
in your successful mission.
: And I'm glad that you aren't in the
boundaries of harm.

: Anything happening in your station?

It seems that Idia's travels are going safely as far as he knows.
That's good.
“Hey Silver! Let's meet up with the others for lunch! Jamil bought many left-overs from the last party! “ Kalim smiled.
Silver thought about it. It is Sebek's turn to guard Malleus and shall take his place of duty later in the afternoon. He has time to chat with some of his friends it seems.
“That would be nice, Kalim.” He replied.
Kalim smiled, but soon later his attention was taken by Silver's phone. “Hey… mind if I suggest something you should try on? “
“To try on? What is it? “ Silver looks over at Kalim in curiosity.
“Well… “ Kalim whispers the rest to Silver's ear.
Ah…what Kalim suggested was familiar..Like “the usual antics of his father” familiar.
Although he knows that his father craves for the reaction of others. Silver had tried it with Idia before and well, his usual reactions did affect Silver that he himself can't help but to anticipate his reactions.

than physical.

: Although I'm very grateful that you worry
of my well being.

: I'm sorry for overreacting though.
: But I am glad it is nothing serious.
: You might need to rest if you feel
unfocused tho. Even the King of the
Underworld prioritizes rests at some point.
Silver: I already have Idia-senpai.

Silver smiled fondly. Although his teasing may not work, it made him see a different side of Idia at least. The one who will bolt into action for the one he truly cares for. He has always been that way and Silver had seen it with his own eyes too. To him, Idia is what people should call “cool” and truly amazing.
After that, he and Kalim walked to the cafeteria. As Silver ate lunch with him and other people in the group. Although distracted before, knowing Idia is also thinking about him makes Silver feel at rest.
Sometime later, after some sleepy spell incidents and guarding Malleus around the campus.
It is until Idia messaged his safe landing on the Island of Woe, that Silver just finished his club activities. The sky fading from a fiery pink hue to blue made him remember his own fiery lover.
He took a picture of the view, and sent it to his boyfriend.
It seems he just really yearns for Idia to come home.
