It was a late night in GardenView, Where the toons were all in their rooms, sleeping peacefully.
Well.. At least not for one toon.

"Ugh.." Sprout shifted back and forth in his bed, turning over and staring at the ceiling. "I can't get a ounce of sleep!" Sprout whisper-yelled. "And im supposed to do a run to 100 tomorrow?!.." Sprout put a arm over his eyes.
"Maybe I just need to take a walk. Everyone's alseep anyway- so it wont be a problem.." Sprout sat up, stretching and rubbing his eyes.
He went over to his door and opened it, walking out and walking to the elevator, pressing the up button to the lobby.

Sprout arrived at the lobby, yawning as he arrived. "Oh- now im tired?.."
Sprout grumbled, shaking his head, then he caught a glimpse of the moon. It was bright and big.
He headed over to the grassy area under the tree, staring up at the moon.
"Wow.." Sprout smiled softly. "So pretty.. It reminds me of-"
"Astro.."
...
"Not because I think Astro is pretty! It's just because its a moon- and Astro is a moon! Yup! Thats it! P-plus!- That'd be weird- S-since Astro is straight!- And I dont even like guys!" Sprout panicked. He then cleared his throat. ' I think..? '
Sprout sighed, shaking his head. "Whatever." Sprout leaned back on the grass, laying down and staring up at the moon once again.
"Though the moon is pretty beautiful though.." He mumbled.
He closed his eyes for a second- preparing to go to sleep- or try to atleast.
But he suddenly felt a poke in his shoulder. "Hmm..?" He opened his eyes- jumping at the sight.
It was Astro!
"Sweet tarts-! You scared me Astro!" Sprout put a hand over his racing heart. "Ah.. Sorry.." Astro chuckled nervously. Sprout paused. "Wait- Aren't you supposed to be asleep right now?.." Sprout tilted his head.
"Oh..Well.. I was, until I heard the elevator going up- That thing is loud when you're close to it, you know?.." Astro paused- "Then I was curious about who could have possibly gone here- and i then found you, Sprout." Astro pointed at the strawberry with one of his stars.
"Ooh... Makes sense." Sprout got up, clearing his throat. "Well, What are you doing here, Sprout?.." Astro raised a eyebrow.
"Oh- I just couldn't sleep, so I decided to take a walk.." He chuckled. "You could of asked me for help Sprout.." Astro frowned.
"Well, I didn't want to be a bother! You love your sleep!" Sprout chuckled nervously. "And i also love my freinds, Sprout, and you're one of them."
"..-" Sprout's tail suddenly started wagging- Even though he was happy that Astro said that, it pained his heart to be called just a ' freind ' by Astro.. He didn't exactly know why though.
"R-right.." Sprout rubbed the back of his head, slightly embarrassed- he tried to get onto another topic then this.
He looked around for a moment, then spotted the moon once again. "Uhm- Look, Astro.." Sprout pointed to the moon. "Hm?.." Astro looked up, staring at the moon in all its glory.
"Wow.." Astro said, wide-eyed.
"Right!- That's what I said too-" Sprout turned to Astro, then noticed the look on his face. His eyes were like sparkles in the night, and his expression was just so cute..
Not to mention he was just faintly glowing, that made Astro look even better. Sprout sighed, getting lost in the moment, he didn't even realize that Astro looked back at him.
"It's beautiful, right?.." Astro smiled, looking back at Sprout- pausing when he realized that Sprout was just staring at him.
"Sprout are you.."
Sprout paused- "O-oh! Sorry Astro! I didn't even notice i was staring at you!" Sprout turned away, embarrassed as fuck. He covered his face with his hands.
"No- It's fine.." Astro shifted over, putting a star on his back, patting his back. "I promise. Simple mistake right?.." Sprout put his hands down, staring back at Astro.
' That smile.. Ugh.. He's so pretty- it's making me sick.. ' Sprout thought. "Right.." He straightened up, smiling at Astro.
"And to answer your question.. Yea.." Sprout nodded. "Hmm..?" Astro raised a eyebrow.
"The moon, is very beautiful tonight." Sprout stared at Astro for a bit too long- Astro still looked a bit confused. "I mean- No! Not you! The actual moon!" He chuckled.
Astro frowned. "Wait- Wait- I'm not calling you- not pretty! You are! Definitely!" Sprout nodded quickly. "You're prettier then the actual moon!" Sprout just realized he blurted out all these things...
"Ah.." A tint of pink covered his face.
"You know what- i think I'm just gonna go.." Sprout started to get up, but Astro tugged him back down by his scarf. "No. Don't go just yet.." Astro chuckled. "I'm prettier then the actual moon?.."
Sprout swallowed. "Mhm.." He nodded slowly. "Thank you, Sprout." He chuckled at Sprout's embarrassed expression. "You're welcome, Astro!.." He nodded once again, just quicker then last time.
It was silent for a moment, as the two toons just stared at each other.
"Uhm.." Sprout cleared his throat, looking down at the grass and picking a single strand out. "Can I.. ask you something, Astro?.."
"Oh?.. Sure.." Astro raised a eyebrow.
"Hypothetically.. Would it be weird..- I mean, im not asking you! This is just in a hypothetical sense! Not asking you at all- Because I don't even kno-"
"Just get on with it Sprout.."Astro tilted his head slightly in confusion.
"Uhm.." Sprout cleared his throat. "Would it be weird.. If I said.. I kind of.. liked you?.." Astro paused for a moment, then putting a star up to his chin, pretending to think.
"Hmm.." Astro glanced at Sprout for a moment, then looking away. "I don't know.. Do you?.." He turned back to Sprout.
"Well- Ah- Uhm..."
...
"Yes.." He sighed, looking away. "So.. What's the answer-"

Astro had moved over to Sprout, grabbing his chin and pulling him in a Kiss.
Sprout paused, his brain trying to register this.. After a few seconds, he finally leaned into the kiss, closing his eyes and wrapping his arms around Astro.
It had been almost 10 seconds, and Sprout was still not giving up.. Astro was starting to need air, so he brought his actual arm out and pushed Sprout back a bit.
Sprout and Astro both gasped air- Sprout doing the most.
After a few seconds, Sprout finally turned to Astro. "Does this mean-"
"I like you back?.. Yes.." Astro nodded.
Sprouts tail wagged so incredibly fast, as he grinned and jumped at Astro to kiss him again. He was so unbelievably happy right now!..

After a few more kisses between the two- they had finally settled down.
Leaning against eachother, Sprout sighed, snuggling closer to the moon, then yawning.
"Tired?.." Astro looked down at Sprout. "Yea.." Sprout stretched. "Could you make sure to give me a good dream, Astro?.." Astro nodded. "I'll make sure to give you a wonderful one, with me in it."
"Thank you.." Sprout then drifted off into slumber land.
Then they uhh made out in sprouts dream and make 12 million babies/j
