Shouto knew that Ururaka didn’t have much money. It didn’t seem to affect her, but he saw how she got nervous in a store and always picked the cheapest item on the menu.
“Ururaka,” Shouto approached her where she was sitting on the couch, Midoriya in tow. “Do you wanna go out somewhere?”
“Oh, yeah!” she smiled. “It’s been a bit since we’ve all hung out. Where do you wanna go?”
“I was thinking the mall,” Shouto grinned deviously. “After all, I’ve got my dad’s card.”
“We’re going to spend as much of Endeavor’s money as possible,” Midoriya nodded.
“Oh!” Ururaka laughed. “You sure he won’t get mad?”
“He’ll be furious, but he can’t do anything too bad if he wants to avoid the public getting even more involved.” Shouto had originally been frustrated when Dabi aired their family issues on live television, but now everyone saw his father for what he really was.
“I think you have a death wish,” Ururaka shook her head, but she got up to go get changed anyways.
“That’s what Natsuo says,” he shrugged.
“I agree with him,” Midoriya huffed.

The mall was crowded, and both Shouto and Midoriya instantly reached for their earplugs. Ururaka was entirely unaffected. There were times when he would kill to be neurotypical.
“Where do you wanna go first?” Ururaka asked.
“Let’s just start going in one direction and see what interests us.” Shouto planned to go through practically every store. Was cleaning out his father’s bank account petty? Absolutely, but it would be so worth it.
In every store they went to, Ururaka would pick something up and immediately check the price, then she would realize she could buy whatever she wanted. By the time they left, she had bought the most out of the three of them. She was grinning like an idiot, and Midoriya and Shouto couldn’t help but laugh.
Sure, the original goal had been to practically rob Endeavor blind, but giving Ururaka the time of her life was a welcome side effect.
