First meeting... (Lohen x reader)

Summary:

You were sent here to investigate the abnormalities that were seen at Windrest Peak at the city of Mondstadt. But what you didn't expect was to meet the Vice Captain of the Fifth company and oh boy, you didn't expect that he would be a rascal.

Chapter Text

You have already expected different outcomes and results from this expedition here at Mondstath. Gathering information was the main reason you were here, looking for evidence was next, gathering them and reporting them back to headquarters was the last.

But you didn't expect that you would come across one of the vice captains of Mondstath.

You knew that the Knights of the Favonius expedition had ended after the defeat of Dottore and the finishing of the remaining Wild Hunt that are roaming around in Nod Krai.

Maybe Varka would have been better looking around, maybe the acting Grandmaster Jean too.

Everybody but this guy.

"Don't tell me you're holding back?" he taunted, slashing the tip of his knife towards you making you back away and dodge. "I rarely get a chance to fight against a Harbinger, aren't you going to show me some moves?"

"I'm not here for a fight," you hissed, backing away. "Or to cause trouble."

Indeed, it was simple a diplomatic mission. Perhaps with the information you gathered, you can help the locals evacuate if this was something sever.

A win for both sides.

"Oh, too bad," Lohen smiled at you. "I am."

And with that he continued, surging forward, weapon ready at his hand with a manic gleam in his eyes.

Lohen, Vice Captain of the Fifth Company. He was also one of the people who have joined Varka with his expedition and also the few ones that went back home.

It was one of the information that he had gotten from Arlecchino

"Look at me."

You raised your weapon just in time to block an incoming attack, feeling the force of impact threaten to balance you out but you held your ground

"You're out of focus," he noted, looking at you. "Can't you just... look at me?"

And you did. You looked at him.

Crimson, that was your first thought as you saw the color of his eyes. Crimson, like the color of blood.

"Just like that," he smiled at you. "Isn't this nice? Just the two of us looking at each other."

"What?" heat creep up against your neck, caught off guard because of his words.

You didn't even get the chance to move or say something else when you feel your feet lift off the ground and was immediately forced down into the ground. Both of your hands were wrapped in his hand while the other hand had your throat pressed down with a knife while the rest of your body were stuck from the weight of his body.

It gives you a feeling that you weren't ready to address.

"Got you," Lohen smiled down at you. "But I gotta say, you managed to keep up better than others that I know."

You felt his hand tightened further when you squirmed. "Let me go," You said.

"Should I? I think you look pretty comfortable down here with me," He murmured as he played with the tip of knife in your throat.

You felt the cold, sharp feeling of it drag through your skin. The feeling of danger got your pulse quickening, your breath coming out quick when you felt his eyes trailed from your neck, to your lips and back to your eye.

"Tell me," He leaned closer to you, nudging his nose to yours. "How loud would you scream for me?"

You felt the tip of his knife moved, to your neck down to your collar bone and down close to the valley of your chest, slowly, teasingly.

"Maybe you'd scream for me," He muses. "Or maybe you'll sing for me. Nevertheless, I'll enjoy either of them."

Those were the last words that he said before he leaned back, a smirk playing in his lip as he flicked back his knife.

"I'll see you next time, my lady," He said before running away.

You stood there, staring at the sky in disbelief as you hear footsteps rushed towards you.

"My lady, are you alright?" One of the Fatui soldiers asked worriedly.

"I..." You faltered. "I need you to look of information about that guy, ASAP."

"Yes, of course," The Fatui answered as they helped you stand up. "Is there anything else you need, my lady?"

"Yes. I want some water and time to process that happened."
