It's been quite a long while since MK realized he has fallen in love with Len. They've both been friends since they were kids. Catching Pokémon, catching berries, and just having fun. They've also become trainers as well and was in a journey until just a couple months ago.
MK also realized during the journey they went with Len that they were enjoying his company more than a friend should. Since then, everyone around them knew they had a crush on Len except for the latter himself. Always insisting that Len is too cool to ever date them and that he's way out of their league anyways.
Until...

A brand new day at MK's house starts as they sleep in their room, dreaming about Len *again*. Their Whimsicott comes out of their Pokéball and leaves balls of cotton close to your nose to wake MK up. They sneeze, saying "Whiltsy, the FUCK was that??", Whimsicott laughing as a reply.
Alright bud, need something to eat? Whimsicott replied very excitedly. "Alright, I'll ask mom if she has any Pokémon food for anyone.", said MK.
"Honey~, breakfast is all ready~!", a voice from their Mother was heard. "Oh good timing!", said MK.

After breakfast, Len calls them:
MK: "Oh hey, Len! What's up?"
Len: "Hello, MK! Are you busy today, by any chance?"
MK: "Nope. Why do you ask?"
Len: "I'll let you know when you get here, and oh, I'm here at our 'secret spot' in town."
MK: "I see... I'll go there in a bit."
Len: "See you!"
*Len hangs up the call*
"Welp, time to go, Whiltsy!", MK said. "Whimsy whimsy!!" Whiltsy excited to go too.

At their "secret spot" in town, Len was there waiting for MK.
"Oh hey Len!!", MK shouted out. "Yo!! MK!!", Len replied as MK runs over to him. "What was that thing you needed me for?" "Let's head inside", Len replied.

Inside the secret spot, Len asks a simple thing, "Do you want to trade with me?", MK replies, "Sure! What're you offering?".
Len pulls out his box and shows the Pokémon he's offering is... an Applin. MK was severely dumbfounded and started blushing like crazy, "W-wha...?". MK shakes their head, "I have something to offer then."
MK offers back a SHINY Applin. They shiny hunted one at one of the places they and Len stopped to during their annual apple festival. MK was planning on giving it to Len, but never really thought much of it until now.
Len blushes as he looked at the screen, "So... does that mean...?" "Yes, you dumbass. I do love you back. Now, do we confirm it?" Len nods as they officially traded their Applins to each other.
"Oh my gosh, oh my gosh, oh my gosh...", Len says, dumbfounded at the Applin. "Does that mean we're... uh... dating...?", Len says. "Do you wanna be more than just friends?", MK replies. Len nods.
The two then starts kissing to the lips, expressing their repressed, undescribable feelings. As Whiltsy just starts messing up the whole place with its cotton balls as celebration.
After a while, they stopped kissing and found the giant mess. "WHILTSY!!", MK screamed. Whiltsy gets suprised. Len says, "Awh... Whiltsy messed up the place as celebration for us being together~", wrapping his arms around MK's waist.
"You really can't be this shameless now, huh?", MK says. "Oh trust me, I will. Now that we're partners, it will become so SO much easier to tease you~~", Len replies. "I don't love you.", "Oh, but you do~".
"Now, let's just clean this mess Whiltsy made...", MK says. "Yeah, we probably should...", Len replies back.
