Work Text:

Technically… I am always right

The arguments were all around him. The team clearly not having any consensus about the issue at hand nor how to solve it.

“I don’t think it’s wise…”

“I should have known you’d side with him!”

“Oh come on guys, this is a no-brainier!”

“Obviously it is not!”

“And besides, you don’t have a brain!”

The snide and rather rude remarks flying in the air, tossed back and forth between the four other members of the group.

Tech having been listening to the argument of his brothers quite a long while now, not uttering a word rather letting them squabble about it. It was the best way Tech having figured it out long ago. Let the others tire out from this, meaningless fight.

As to Tech’s usual findings, it was better to leave then to argue things out before providing his opinion. The one which they could all agree on? The actual solution?

“So we’re not doing this then?”

“Are you  kidding me right now?”

“You said it was stupid!”

“I quite agree.”

“You’re stupid.”

“No, I said you are.”

“Come on fellas! We need to decide this, right now!”

“Or what?”

“Yeah, what will happen if we don’t?”

“Well…”

The words were thrown around quite a while there without any solution found but then Tech too, had had enough.

Clearing his throat, Tech finally spoke. “Technically….”

The all went silent and turned to Tech.

All eyes on Tech, expecting the resident genius to give them some idea of what to do. Any idea at this point!

“You, are all wrong.” Tech simply stated not batting an eye.

They all stared at him, still remaining silent and waiting. Waiting, and then some.

“So here I what I suggest we should do…”

And naturally, Tech’s suggestion was the correct one. The team following it to the letter.

Tech was and always had been, the one with the best solutions, he was the genius of the group after all without any qualm.
