Chapter Text
ChiefXD, a greek-like figure that resembled a statue, wanted entertainment after being unactive for such a long time. He scrolled through worlds, watching other universes with such a curiosity.
Fortunately, MinuteTech, a close friend of his, had snuck up behind him and spooked him, though it didn't prevail, with Chief's cold and unfractured mind and heart. He simply blinked and watch as Minute pouted.
" Dude, you never get scared. "
Minute grumbled, crossing his arms, glowing white eyes watching Chief's void pupils.
" Right... and that's MY fault? Maybe you should work up your game. "
Chief replied, eyes glancing at Minute's before returning to watch between worlds.
Minute was NOT happy with that remark. He seemed to perk up with a myschevious idea, putting aside his frown for now. He pretended to leave, hoping that Chief would lower his already high guard just a bit. Just by a long tap in a server, he knew Chief would be transported to that world; thus, watching Chief with his own bright eyes occasionally.
Chief let out a low hum, moments before Minute pounced behind him, forcing Chief to recoil and snap his head at Minute with as much irritation he could muster up with his cold, stone face.
His face looked blank.
Minute shot him an amused grin, arms wrapped around Chief for a moment before pulling away. Unfortunately, Chief was so sidetracked with Minute's shenanigans that he seemed to completely forget about the finger pressed down on a hovering world.
Within seconds, Chief was teleported away from Minutes' vincity, along away from his whole universe.
Chief visibly flinched when he teleported away, blinking a few times, trying to process what had happened in the span of around 45 seconds. That was the most amount of emotion he had ever expressed in decades.
Then... he passed unconscious.
. . .
Chief finally rose, and he noticed he was definitely did NOT feeling like himself. He got up to his feet, stretching his muscles.
Wait, muscles? What?
Chief froze, and looked down to his arms. Fleshy. Skin. Human. He seemed like a person, not including the small white wings on both sides of his head, and the larger wings folded downwards, just slightly above the waist, or how his skin still remained that dark gray color.
... Or how he didn't have a hunger bar (perks of being a statue and a deity... yah hoo!!).
He glanced around, taking in the new surroundings. Oh, he was so going to kill MinuteTech once he got out of here. He attempted to use his powers to the main menu, but it was futile. Huh. Seemed like there was a certain command that prevented him from actually leaving this world. He was already a high tier god, and that meant the only way he was prevented from using his abilities was if a hierarchy god, above his level, constricted it.
Very interesting.
Chief took notice to how the land around him was barren, not a single tree or life in sight. He should probably get going if he wanted to survive this place.
... He could have just ended it right there, gather dirt, stack it up vertically to make a tower and jump off (wink wink nudge nudge...,,,, get it) to exit, but he wanted entertainment. So he traversed the dead environment. Until he was met with large walls, and loud laughter and chatter behind them. He could check this out, try to get to know people, hopefully make it past his day 1.
He wandered around the stone walls before finding an enterance in the wall. He slipped past it and into the busy towns of buzzing people. He took mental notes of the surroundings, how large it was, how stacked players were, all of it. He noticed a snowy white figure in the distance, who, by the nametag, went by the name of Saparata. This person also seemed to be an odd one out; being the only one in diamond armor and searching through the crowds, almost looking for something. The brightness of their white clothing, almost reminded him of MinuteTech's eyes.
He couldn't help but slowly walk closer, following Saparata from a safe distance. Maybe he could lead him to like, whoever ruled this place? If there even was a leader, of couse...
Then, a hard to extinguish boasting laugh echoed towards the direction Saparata had headed, and he picked up his pace, unable to not be curious for any longer.
He lingered when a tall figure approached Saparata, holding and shaking his hand like they were best friends. Saparata didn't seem so comfortable with his energy, but put up the effort to smile at the Roman-like figure dispite whatever was up with him. He looked miserable.
Huh.
" Welcome to Westhelm, Saps !! "
The taller man practically yelled, slinging an arm over Saparata's shoulders, leading him through the crowd. Dispite Saparata's discomfort (judging by his facial expression) he couldn't help but laugh and let him drag him along, like they were the best of friends.
A blonde man spoke up, though Chief couldn't get ahold of what he was saying, he could DEFINITELY hear that Roman. What an earsore...
" YES! I have looots of work to get to, you can be toured by my right hand 5pyder right here!! "
Chief could hear the slight disappointed tone in his voice, most likely because he couldn't spare time with someone from the other Island, but the others didn't seem to notice.
Nonetheless, the Roman pulled his arm away and let that blonde (which Chief presumes is the 5pyder he was talking about?) take the white blob away.
He turned on his heel and left, looking around the crowd until his eyes locked with Chief's.
The Roman hummed, trying to recollect who he was, before just deciding to question him. He slipped through the cracks of the crowds and approached Chief with a promising grin.
" Why, do I know you? You don't seem too familiar to me, forgive me if I do know. "
Chief stiffened and stumbled over his words. He eventually gave up after making a fool of himself for 10 seconds straight and cleared his throat.
" No, actually. I'm new here. "
He stated simply. The Roman pondered for a moment, looking up at the crystal clear blue sky, before back at Chief.
" Well, thats relieving. I wouldn't forgive myself if I couldn't recognize one of my civilians,, "
" Welcome to Westhelm,--- "
The Roman said, extending his hand out for ChiefXD to shake, glancing up at the name tag.
" ---ChiefXD. An oddly fitting name, "
" I'm Schpood, your now humble and great Emperor. "
Chief nodded, taking Schpood's hand in his. They shook hands, and Schpood's hand lingered just a second too long, though Chief brushed it off as nothing.
" I mean.. I rejected touring Saparata, though he seemed like he wanted to speak to me for a moment.. but I can spare time to tour you around, if you haven't seen Westhelm already! "
He shot Chief a wink. He blinked in response.
