I never usually wake up this early in the morning, it was 5:30 AM when i woke up,my head was for some reason hurting,i dont remember what i dream about,but it was probably just a nightmare,and it had to be one really bad nightmare because it managed to give me a headache. The headache was enough to make me get up and a go to the bathroom to wash my face.
After doing that and brush my teeth,i checked the clock
5:38 AM
It was still pretty early in the morning,and while my headache did dissipate a bit,it was still there.
I decided to spend a bit of my time in my laptop instead of just going to sleep,at least i can entertain myself a bit with that. Once i boot it up i decided to search around my games too see what could i play,i then remember i still need to finish Oneshot, it was a game that i found about recently but i couldn't buy it, thanks to god i guess i found that there's a free version made all the way back in 2014 so i decided to play that, although it did scare me a few times,like the game telling me stuff like my real name or that i must search a code in my documents. So far the game while a bit boring it has been interesting because of the meta stuff,and of course, Niko.
I was told from the beginning that if i close the game they wont make it out alive. Aside from leaving Niko sleep in the beds wich where i can close the game safefuly. And if im being honest, i just love that little guy, i just want to let them see their mama again.
I decided with little hesitation to open the game again and continue where i left off.

The game opened with a different title screen, the lightbulb in the title was no longer glowing an it was broken, the music was different,it sounded like the actual title screen song but distorted, and Niko was nowhere to be found aside from their hat and scarf. My mind was trying to process what just happened i didn't know what was going on. I just clicked start to see what could happen.
...
The game showed me the room where niko wakes up, but now Niko was still nowhere to be found, and a haunting music was just playing in the background. I couldn't do anything i could only watch the scene,trying to process what happened.
It was then when a system message box popped up with a single phrase.
"You Killed Niko."
And then it hit me what was happening...
...I closed the game without going to the beds.
