Matt and Serena walked out of the hospital hand in hand, tuning out Bruce's normal wolf whistles. It was cute how happy he was for them but it had been three weeks and they were sick of him cheering him on. "Enough!" she called behind her.
Matt snorted. "He's our own personal cheerleader," he teased.
Serena rolled her eyes as they walked to her car (they had driven in together this morning). They reluctantly separated so they could get in. "We're off the clock," she murmured.
He beamed at her and they surged forward for a little makeout session before they left. Unfortunately for them, Bruce rapped on the window about two minutes later. They jumped apart from each other quickly. "Get a room! Good for you, though."
"I hate you!" Serena called after him once he turned to walk away.
"Rude!" Bruce shouted back.
Serena and Matt took one at each other and started laughing. "Let's go so we're not interrupted again," he decided.
"Sounds good to me," Serena agreed. She started the car and they started heading back to her place.
Matt and Serena were deep in the honeymoon phase and not planning on leaving any time soon.
