Enigma (characters: Satoru Gojo): Enigma’s are on the top of the “Food chain”, often described as intimidating, strong, overpowering in almost every way, adding on to that they have the ability to impregnate both omegas and alphas (both male and female Enigmas have this ability).
Only roughly about 1 out of 900 of the world population possess the Enigma gene.
Rut: Enigma’s, much like everyone else go through rut, in some ways they are similar to a regular alphas rut such as the need to breed, mate, and dominate there are some differences. Enigma’s are picky about who they spend their monthly rut with, it is in their biology to only spend their ruts with who they seem fit to their unremarkably high standards.
If they do not find someone in time to spend their rut with them they will spend the duration of it, 2 weeks and 4 days, alone with no help. During this they will experience symptoms such as being overly aggressive, fatigue, hot flashes, muscle aches, canine teeth aches, and discomfort in the groin area.

Alphas(Characters:Tsukumo Yuki, Toji fushiguro): Alphas are second in the “food chain”. Roughly about 20 in 200 are “true alpha”. “true alphas” are alphas who are not mixed with any other traits (beta and omega). Every other month they experience a 1 week rut with the typical symptoms.
Beta(Characters: none): Betas are the “normal” ones in the world, they do not experience ruts/heats, do not have special traits or overpowering pheromones.
Omegas(Characters: none): Omegas are the “weakest” of the groups, especially “True” omegas who are not mixed with any other traits (alpha and beta). They go through a heat cycle every other month much like alphas to attract potential mates. They usually have soft features and sweater scents.
Mixed traits
AlphaOmega(Characters: Suguru Getou- 40% alpha 60% omega | loiri Utahime- 75% alpha 25% omega)
Alpha and omega being mixed together is not rare but also not common, this usually happens when both parents, typically Alpha and omega, pheromones and sperm don’t mix together properly in the egg, this often results in the alpha omega mixture.
Personality and physical characteristics often rely of how much of a certain element they possess, if they have more alpha traits and elements then they will often pass as an alpha, and vise versa.
Alpha omegas go through a mix of a heat/rut (once again, depending more on which one of their secondary gender they are more connected to). This cycle of theirs will last 2 weeks and go through it monthly so their body can release excessive heat and pheromones. During this process they can get pregnant depending on their omega status.
Their scents are often in the middle of being both strong but sweet, mostly depending on the person.

Alpha beta(characters: shoko leiri-70% beta 20% alpha | Haibara Yu - 50% beta 50% alpha | yaga masamichi - 20% beta 80% alpha)
Alpha beta mixture is the most common to happen in society, it can either happen when an alpha mates with a beta, or when a low level Alpha mates with either beta or omega. Since they are not “true” alphas they do not need to release as much heat and pheromones so they only go through a rut once every three months. They are regular looking and have slightly dull canines compared to “true” alphas.
Their appearance and personality can vary depending on which one of their secondary gender they are most attached to. They are usually the peace makers or non-problematic since they are not triggered by pheromones from either omega or alpha due to their lack of smell for reading the atmosphere by pheromone release.

Beta omega(characters: Nanami kento - 60% beta, 40% omega)
Beta omega mix is one of the most common to happen when a low ranking omega and a beta have a child together. They are just like any other beta but with fact that they have a heat only once a year.

This is my first fanfic in like geezzzz, 3 years? I took a break because A) school B) the ao3 did get to me all those times, I’ve gotten sent to the hospital, broken an arm and broke my ankle during wrestling. Not in that order, but yes consecutively throughout those three years.
But I do love writing and posting stories about my favorite ships so I’m happy that summer is nearing so that means I will be able to focus on my hobbies rather then my school work that my bum math teacher assigns.
So I am happy to be finally doing this and I do hope whoever reads this story does find it enjoyable❤️❤️❤️
P.S I have read the manga fully and am currently watching the anime, but I refuse to reread the manga cuz Gege sucks so some things might be inaccurate or incorrect so just bear with me 🥹
