Lots of things could have changed Nami’s mind about the idiot boy she’d stumbled across, him beating those guys bare handed, and the second, when he wasn’t even mad at her for getting him locked up.
Really, she thought he was just dumb, but he was… trusting? More than trusting.
Sure, he didn’t like her because she was a thief, but he was willing to look away because she was navigator.
But he’d convinced the Pirate hunter Zoro to join his crew? Nami had to see what else he could do.
