Lewis Hamilton and Nico Rosberg. The iconic duo. Everybody knew them. Strong. Capable, Stable
But underneath all that? Fragility hidden under layers of bravado and fake stability and stuffed animals.
Toto never really thought he would end up here. His two Drivers by his side, dressed in onesies, pacifiers in their mouths and an undeniable attachment forming.
Lewis shuddered next to him, his brown eyes peeking out as he stretched out.
“Hey, Lew…”
Toto whispered, running a thumb over Lewis’s cheeks, and sitting up, lifting Lewis into his lap.
Nico Shifted next to him, still asleep but fussing a little, his whines echoed around the room
“Hey hey…”
Toto ran a hand through Nico’s hair, soothing the boy as his fussed quickly silenced
Lewis was now laying asleep on Toto’s chest, his pacifier slowly falling out his mouth.
Toto still wonders how his star drivers can go from a fully capable adult who drive cars at 300 miles an hour to the mindset of a child who doesn't understand the concept of using a toilet
That’s on his mind frequently.
It started in 2012. The year Lewis won the championship and Nico and Lewis had a decent relationship
They all went out to celebrate after the championship. All at some bar. Lewis was drunk off his feet and Nico was just gone. Toto and Susie, being sensible, only had a couple of drinks. Not enough to get them drunk and not enough to make it illegal for them to drive.
Lewis was laying across a Sofa in a booth and Nico was face down on the bar table.
Toto sighed
“Come on…”
He said, rubbing his eyes and standing up, walking over to Lewis, and much to Lewis’s surprise, lifted him up
“Totoooo…”
Lewis giggled out, his head flopping down onto his shoulder as he hiccuped.
“Oh your gone…”
Toto said as he watched Susie help Nico up. Nico was just as tipsy as Lewis, probably more. Nico’s hair was disheveled, all over the place and his eyes were bloodshot. Nico giggles as he saw Lewis getting carried
“Lew you look like a kid…”
Nico slurred as Lewis giggled, hiccuping again and groaning
“Yeah you look lic -Hic- a toddler”
Toto and Susie smiled in amusement as they lead them out to the car, neither Toto or susie wanted to risk it driving home, so Toto’s limousine was parked out the front, his driver holding the door open
“Its all ready sir”
Toto nodded, putting Lewis in and then Susie helping Nico in and then getting in herself, shutting the door
Both Nico and Lewis slumped down, grabbing their seatbelts and tugging on them, before Toto clicked it in for them
“Hey! Hic- I can do it myself! Hic-“
Toto rolled his eyes, putting in Nico’s as well and tapping the glass
“Home, please”
The driver nodded, Toto shutting the little window and turning to the 2 drunken drivers. Lewis looked absolutely out of it. He was staring into space. Nico was looking out the window, watching the buildings pass by
Toto leaned back, Susie watching the 2 men opposite them
Lewis looked over at Nico, before tapping him
“Wha’ you doin?”
Lewis aked, his voice slurring and a little squeaky. Much like a childs
“The widow…?”
Nico said, looking at Lewis. Nico’s face looked flushed as he took off his jacket and laid down. Lewis giggled
“You takin a nap?”
Lewis asked, giggling still as Nico rolled his eyes
“No”
While Lewis and Nico bickered, Toto and Susie watched on in amusement, an endearing look on both their faces as the Driver tapped on the window
“We have arrived Sir.”
Toto nodded, the driver exiting and opening the door for them. Toto helped up Lewis, pushing him out before clambering out himself, Susie behind them.
“Lets just get them in the guest room”
Susie said, guiding both Lewis and Nico up to the guest room, setting them in the single beds and taking off their shoes, trousers and shirts, leaving them in their boxers
“Do we have any shirts?”
Toto asked as he helped Nico out of his Clothes, Susie responding my chucking over 2 plain white shirts, some old Mercedes ones, on the bed Lewis was on
“Thanks”
Toto said, pulling the Shirt over Nico's head. In His confusion, Nico looked down at the too, tugging at it
"Its just a shirt, Nico”
Toto spoke, trying to keep him calm as he tugged the other shirt over Lewis’s head.
“Now, cone on. Sleep now”
Toto said, Susie re-appearing and entering the room, with 2 packs of paracetamol and 2 glasses of water.
They’ll find this in the morning. As They both left the room, Toto shutting the light off and the door
It wasn't until… 2:37 AM, They woke up. A small crash from Lewis and Nico’s room
Lewis was stood up, and Nico sat up, messing around using their pillows, clothes. Anything they could get their hands on.
When the light switched on and Toto’s voice came through
“What are you doing?”
He said, waling up to them. Both of them were messed up, scrapes, dirt and some fluff on them as they fought
Toto sighed, picking up Lewis, who let out a pitiful whine
That’s when it struck
“Shh shh…”
Toto soothed, carrying Lewis to his and Susie’s room I’m getting both of them in here. Im gonna gonna go shopping real quick
He duped Lewis on the bed, who Susie intercepted really quickly
“Hey, Lew…”
Susie patted his back as Toto appeared again, holding Nico, who was throwing an outright tantrum, his face red with tears streaming down his eyes
Susie took Nico too, soothing him as Toto ran off. She could her the Mercedes car starting outside and driving off, leaving her with two men who had the mindsets of children
Nico was still throwing a tantrum, And Lewis was leaning on Susie's chest,
Susie sighed
“You want something? Hm?”
Susie asked, standing up and holding both of them close as she entered their walk in closet
She walked to the far end, looking in a drawer
“Therein here somewhere...”
Susie rummaged around again before lifting up two pacifiers
Susie put one in Lewis’s mouth, and the other in Nico’s
Nico’s tantrum quieted, tears still streaming down his face as Lewis was to confused to even react
The hum of the engine was heard in the driveway again, and Toto came through the front door. Susie pit both Nico and Lewis down on the beds as Toto came in, holding Two plain white crotch snap onesies and two diapers
Susie lifted up Lewis, Lewis squirming and shaking his head as She laid him down on the floor, taking Off the Shirt and his Boxers
Lewis tried to stand again, but Susie stopped him
“No no.. shh… I’ll be done soon”
Lewis whined, kicking his legs up as Susie opened the diaper, lifting ip Lewis’s legs and putting it under him, pulling up the middle bit in-between his legs and then the sides, strapping it on
“Good boy.. you did so well”
Susie praised as She lifted up Lewis, who was still crying as she walked over to the mini makeshift crib, which was just some spars baby fences from when Jack was small, surrounding a mattress on the floor
She then turned to Nico, who was now squirming away. Susie grabbed him before Nico could leave the room, lifting him up
“Come on…”
Nico squirmed, kicking, wiggling. Susie set him down and Toto held Nico’s arm above his head. Susie did the same with Nico, taking off his shirt and then then his boxers, putting on the diaper and then the onesie, clicking the buttons on the crotch on
Nico was definitely not happy, he was pretty angry actually. Toto lifted Nico up, holding him close as Nico thrashed and kicked, walking over to the crib Lewis was in, setting him down on the mattress.
“There”
Toto spoke, stroking Nico’s hair with his thumb and trying to soothe him
Soon, Nico was asleep with Lewis next to him, both sleeping.
This was probably the moat relaxed they had ever been together.
Toto and Susie let out a soft sigh, getting back into bed and turning off the light, starting to sleep again
When Toto woke again, Lewis and Nico were on the inside of the bed, Susie laying awake just watching them
“What… what they doing here…”
Toto asked, stretching as Susie rubbed Nico’s back
“Nico woke up a little earlier, he was shining and I woke up… then Lewis woke ip, so I pit both of them in here…”
Toto nodded, patting Lewis’s back softly. Lewis looked up at him with Big brown eyes and Toto smiled
“Awh, Hello…”
Toro cooed as he rubbed a thumb over Lewis’s cheek. Lewis nuzzled into his hand, and Toto lifted Lewis on-top of his chest.
Susie smiled, watching Lewis fall asleep on Toto’s chest
