Chapter Text
Luffy was streaming a horror game. A genre that best suit him because of his curious nature with ghosts and such. Normally it'd be boring to watch Luffy play horror games because he barely gets scared. But what made his streams entertaining is his out of pocket decisions, he even managed to unlock various secret endings in games before, because of his dumb decision making.
Law on the other hand is an intern on the hospital just 20 minutes away from their shared apartment. He just got home, tired from the soul taking work he had experianced.
He was at the hospital since five in the morning and only just got home at night, Law went straight to his bed and wanted to get some sleep, until he was disturbed from the loud laughter and virtual gunfires from the room next door.
"HAHAHAHA This is way too fun!" Luffy was shooting down trees ingame that suddenly began chasing him.

There he goes again, unlocking an unknown entity
Where's the tattooed guy you guys were making a ruckus about on twitt?

"You guys sure do love my roommate, huh?" Luffy teased, although he can't deny it. Law did have cool tattoos, not just cool—attractive even. It was one of the main reasons Law accepted Law as a roommate in a heartbeat.
The apartment was Luffy's—Well, it was his family's, it's originally the place Ace, Sabo, and Luffy stayed at. Sabo was accepted in a newspaper company as a researcher where he dresses undercover. While Ace moved closer to where he was training to be a fire fighter—leaving the apartment to Luffy.
Luffy and Law's University was about 30 minutes away so Luffy goes there by car, while Law rarely goes there anymore due to his internship. Instead he goes to the opposite direction which was where the hospital was at, 20 minutes away.
"Well, I think he just got home by now." Luffy informed his chat, checking the time and seeing that it's eight o'clock. Luffy knows by now that the earliest Law gets home is around six in the afternoon.
The loud gun fire kept going as Luffy kept playing, unaware that he's disturbing Law. Suddenly the door opened. Law was at the door, eyes tired and body filled with fatigued. He had already changed into a black hoodie and sweatpants.
"Luffy-ya, turn your volume down." Luffy turned around "Oh hey! Did you just get home?" Luffy asked with an excited smile. Law rolled his eyes and left.

Luffy did not turn his volume down and Law had to sleep through it. Since he didn't have classes or training the next day, Luffy decided to pull an all nighter and stream.
After a while Luffy got hungry, not knowing how to cook he decided to order some food online. Luffy ordered a rice meal with meat, as usual. He also ordered some onigiri since it was already four o'clock in the morning, he knew Law would get up in a bit.
By the time the food arrived Law had just woken up Luffy paid for the food with the money he gets from streaming. Suprisingly, he earns a lot.
"Luffy-ya, who's at the door?" Law asked his hair a bit of a mess as he headed for the bathroom.
"Food delivery!" Luffy excitedly opened his three rice meals and set aside the onigiri for Law. Law went straight to make coffee and noticed the onigiri next to his coffee machine.
"Thanks." Law had experianced this twice or more, most of the time Law would be the one who cooks. But when it comes to ordering food, Luffy would be the one paying for it. Law decided not to make coffee and instead ate the onigiri.
"I'm gonna go back to my stream" to no surprise, Luffy had already finished eating and went back to his room, Law just watched him as he chewed.
Once Law got ready, he didn't have any energy to go to the hospital. After he pondered for a way to recharge his energy, he decided to make Luffy drive him there so he could sleep on the way.
Luffy owed him a ride after all that noise last night. Law entered Luffy's room, seeing that Luffy wasn't playing anymore and was just happily chatting with his fans. Law called out to him
"Luffy-ya, give me a ride." Once again, Luffy's chat burst into excitement upon seeing Law again. Few of them chanting to reveal his face, as the camera angle only catched half of his body.
"Torao?" Luffy answered with a smile, "Hold on" Luffy prepared to grab his keys and end the stream. "I'll see you guys next time, shishishi. Bye!" Luffy ended his stream and grabbed his keys.
Law grabbed his bag and was scrolling through emails as he waited for Luffy to get ready. Luffy only put on a red jacket on top of his shorts and T-shirt since he figured he didn't need to get out of the car anyways.
"Let's go!" Luffy started the car while Law got comfortable, preparing to sleep even if the ride was only 20 minutes long.
"Oh right. Luffy-ya, stop by the cafe near the hospital." Luffy beamed in excitement, wanting to eat some sweets.
Luffy got out of the parking lot and grabbed a pillow on the back seat for Law to use. On the way there, Luffy was humming some sort of weird song while Law was napping. Luffy parked by the cafe and Law woke up.
"We're here" Luffy happily got out the car, entering the cafe before Law did. Luffy had set his sights on some freshly baked cookies and brownies which were abnormally huge for its size.
Law ordered two coffees and put it in Luffy's name, taking advantage of the fact Luffy doesn't pay attention to what he's paying for.
Once they're in the car, Luffy had a brownie in his mouth as he continued driving, while Law was having his first coffee of the day. Upon arriving, Law got out of the car and saw his friend—Bepo by the door.
"Woah! Who's that guy? He looks like a bear!" Of course, Bepo grabbed Luffy's attention with sparkly eyes.
"That's Bepo." Law got out of the car not forgetting to grab his bag. "Pick me up later too." Luffy agreed, enjoying the outside world more than the inside of his apartment.
"Bye, Torao! Text me when."
