Work Text:
The school day was just ending, most students were packing up to go home. This was not the case for Kiyotaka Ishimaru, he was a man on a mission. ‘He won’t get away with it this time.’ The president of the disciplinary committee thought to himself as he stomped out of the classroom. His eyebrows furrowed together in a fearsome glare as he made his was through the crowded halls. Apologies and ‘excuse me’ leaving his mouth every couple of seconds as he made his way to the boy’s restroom.
With the strength of a man who was done playing games, Kiyotaka slammed open the door to the boy’s restroom. He took a few steps forward and planted himself firmly, tactically blocking the exit with his form.
“Hagakure-kun!” The normally already loud young man sounded unbearably so in this small space. “Every time it is your turn to stay after school to help clean, you conveniently find a way to get excused to the bathroom and sneak away!” Kiyotaka boldly declared this as fact while making dramatic hand gestures that no one else could see as if Yasuhiro was in this restroom, he wasn’t out in the open. Which would mean….
The discipline committee President could feel one of his eyes twitching at no immediate response. Cowardice in the face of punishment, how distasteful. “You disappoint me, Hagakure-kun! Very well! On the count of five, I shall begin searching the stalls!” This was a promise, not a threat.
Kiyotaka was fair during his countdown, but perhaps the slow nature of it built even more tension than desired. Once it was over he bent down close to the ground to see if he could see any feet. He could not. The slacker was really going to make him open the stall doors. He let out a quiet sigh before starting with the stall closest to the exit.

It was such an easy scheme. On days that Hiro was supposed to stay behind and help with classroom chores, he would escape to the bathroom before school time ended. That way he could just hide in there til the final bell rang and escape the building once the coast was clear. That was the plan, the format, and it worked every time…. Except for today.
It was sitting in the last stall of the boy’s restroom, when a loud sound of someone entering filled with rage could be heard. It took everything within Yasuhiro not to let out a scream or a yelp. Thankfully, it was just that stupid hall monitor and not some kind of hit man here to take Hiro out over his debts. Wait.
It being the hall monitor still isn’t good, if he finds Yasuhiro he will make him stay behind and clean. Shit man. The young man raised his legs up so that they couldn’t be seen by peaking underneath the stall doors, then he firmly placed both hands over his mouth. His squeamish voice would give him away faster than anything.
The young man called a slacker started mentally praying to the gods as the stick in the ass hall monitor started slamming open stall doors. That’s when he saw it. A vision from the gods, hallelujah! The key to this would be to be both fast and quiet, two things that Yasuhiro isn’t admittedly known for.
With shaky legs, he stood up on the toilet so that he could see over the stall walls. Okay man, when brushy brow goes into the next stall, you’re going to flip over this stall wall and make a run for it. Cool? Cool.
The gods rolled a nat 9. Sorry, Yasuhiro. When the clairvoyant attempted his plan he landed face first on the hard bathroom floor. Kiyotaka standing over him, looking really unamused.
“Ow! That shit really hurt!” Time to feign dramatics. “You can’t make me stay, I like totally have a concussion that my mother needs to check out immediately!”
-
Once again Kiyotaka could feel his eye twitching. “You are lying, Hagakure-kun!” The discipline community member boldly declared before grabbing the other by the shirt collar. “Come on, accept your cleaning duties! It won’t be so bad! I shall offer you assistance!” He spoke as he dragged the other out of the bathroom.
Meanwhile Yasuhiro just groaned, already scheming of a way to make the hall monitor do most of the work.
