Chris Hargensen jolted awake, gasping for air. She looked around, wondering where she was.
She was in front of the school. And that was when she remembered. Carrie White humiliated her again. And when she was recovering, a masked man took her down and stole her ring.
Chris looked at her hand. She still had the Dynaman Sentai Ring.
After a while, Chris smiled. She still has the chance to give Carrie hell. But she can't be rash like the last time. She needed to gain more power.
Chris stood up. She had work to do.
Carrie White’s life has changed drastically since the past few months. After Kumade’s ascension to godhood and Sue and Tommy heading off to college (or more specifically, Tommy was heading off to college while Sue decided to go with him alongside their newborn baby), Carrie has permanently been living with GoodeBurn, who very much needed the company without Kumade and BearKuma around. Carrie decided not to head to college, choosing instead to work as a seamstress.
Carrie and GoodeBurn were in front of the Jaunting Terminal, waiting for Sumino Ichikawa and her sister Oto to arrive. The two were traveling the world, making up for lost time now that Oto has been found and woken up from her coma.
“There they are!” GoodeBurn pointed, and indeed there was the black-clad detective and her gyaru sister.
Sumino and Oto spotted Carrie and GoodeBurn, who was holding a sign with the siblings’ names on it, and they ran towards them.
“Carrie-chan!” Sumino cried, giving the girl a big hug. “I missed you so much.”
“I missed you too, Sumino-neechan,” Carrie answered back as she returned the hug.
Sumino looked different from when Carrie last saw her. Much happier now that her beloved sister has been returned to her.
Carrie and Sumino let go of the hug, and Carrie turned to the other girl.
“You must be Oto. I’m Carrie,” Carrie greeted as she extended her hand. Oto shook it with a smile.
“Neechan told me a lot about you!” Oto then turned to GoodeBurn. “And you too.”
GoodeBurn blushed. “Well it’s nice to finally meet you, Oto-chan.”
Sumino smiled. “Well come on, guys. Let’s go!”
The group headed to a park where they prepared a picnic.
Sumino prepared quite the lunch. Dozens of sandwiches, a few treats from TegaSword Village, even a bottle of honey in honor of Kumade.
The group happily ate their meals, enjoyed the bright sun, and generally had a good time.
“So, Carrie-chan, I’ve heard that you sew,” Oto said to Carrie. “I was wondering if we could work on some cool gyaru style clothings.”
“Oto! don’t harass Carrie about work,” chided Sumino.
“I’m gonna pay her!” Oto huffed.
Carrie just laughed. “I’ll see what I can do.”
“So how have your trips been so far, Ichikawa-san?” inquired GoodeBurn.
Sumino’s eyes lit up. “Oh we’re having so much fun! We’ve been to so many places.”
“If you’re curious, you can watch our vlogs!” added Oto.
“I will!” nodded GoodeBurn. He then turned to Carrie. “What’s a vlog?”
“I don’t know,” Carrie shrugged.
Oto feigned a scandalized gasp. “Looks like I’m gonna have to teach you two about the wonders of the digital age.”
After a quick laugh, the group continued to eat peacefully.
But that peace didn't last long.
“There you are!”
Turning to the direction of the new voice, the group saw a young woman with a silver TegaSword. A young woman that Carrie, Sumino, and GoodeBurn recognized well.
“Chris?” Carrie said in shock.
“Who’s that?” Oto whispered to her sister.
“That’s Chris, Carrie’s bully.”
“I got you now, Carrie White,” Chris sneered. “Now you’re going to pay for ruining my life!”
Chris took out the Dynaman Sentai Ring.
Sumino tensed up, and she prepared herself for a fight.
“Wait,” interrupted Carrie. “You don't have your Ring anymore.”
Carrie then faced Chris. She smiled as she took out the GozyuPolar Ring.
“I’ve got this.”
Sumino, Oto, and Chris’ eyes all widened at the sight.
“No way,” Chris whispered, but she steeled herself. “Fine. I’m still gonna crush you. Engage!”
“Engage!” Carrie shot back.
Carrie and Chris put their Rings into their respective transformation devices.
“SENTAI RING!”
Chris began clapping while Carrie closed her eyes. She then stretched her hands sideways before punching the GoodeBurn into her left palm.
Carrie and Chris are covered by their suits.
“GOZYUPOLAR!”
“DYNAMAN!”

GozyuPolar and DynaRed charged at each other.
The GoodeBurn and the silver TegaSword clashed, GozyuPolar defending herself from DynaRed’s slashes.
DynaRed took out another Sentai Ring.
“Let’s try this one out then,” DynaRed said as she inserted the Ring inside the TegaSword.
“SENTAI RING!”
DynaRed clapped rapidly.
“MASKMAN!”
DynaRed now wielded a sword.
“Laser Arrow!” DynaRed announced. The tip of the sword glowed, and with a slash, she sent an energy javelin at GozyuPolar’s way.
GozyuPolar blocked the attack with a wall of ice, but during that time, DynaRed closed the distance between them, and she slashed GozyuPolar with the Masky Blade.
DynaRed inserted another Ring in the TegaSword.
“SENTAI RING!”
“CHANGEMAN!”
DynaRed summoned a dragon that attacked GozyuPolar with fire and lightning.
GozyuPolar fell to the ground.
“Carrie-chan!” Sumino exclaimed. She, Oto, and GoodeBurn were now worried for GozyuPolar.
But despite everything, GozyuPolar managed to stand up in spite of her injuries.
DynaRed growled. “How? How come no matter what I throw at you, you still manage to get back up!”
GozyuPolar let out a weak laugh. “Maybe in another world, you would’ve broken me.”
GozyuPolar glanced at the three people with me. Then she remembered Kumade, BearKuma, Sue, Tommy, Ms. Desjardin, Aoi and the other Gozyugers. “But now, I’m not alone anymore. I have to get back up. That’s my way of thanking them for standing by me.”
DynaRed was stunned by this, and GozyuPolar took her chance. She pressed a button on GoodeBurn, causing ice to cover DynaRed, freezing her in place.
GozyuPolar charged at DynaRed.
“FINISH KNUCKLE!”
GozyuPolar punched DynaRed, causing an explosion.
Once the smoke cleared, Chris was detransformed, and all of her Rings went to GozyuPolar, turning them blue.
[Music End]
“Yeah!” Sumino, Oto, and GoodeBurn, celebrated GozyuPolar’s victory.
Carrie called off her transformation. She then crouched to Chris’ level.
“This… This isn’t over…” Chris managed to say.
Carrie just sighed. “Chris, this isn't about me anymore. You’re destroying yourself trying to ruin me. Just stop, for your sake.”
“No!” Chris snarled. “I can’t… Live in a world where… Where you have everything and I have nothing…”
Carrie stared at Chris, pity in her eyes. “If it makes you feel better, you humiliated me. That… That video. It’s everywhere, and I can't fix that. It will follow me for the rest of my life. I hate you for that, and I’ll never forgive you.”
And then, for reasons even she couldn’t explain, Carrie extended an arm at Chris. “You did destroy my life, I’m just trying to rebuild, but no matter what I do, you’re part of my life forever. You’re my No. 1 Enemy. You win.”
WINNER: DYNARED!
Chris stared at Carrie’s hand in confusion. Then, she stood up, turned around, and tried to walk away.
“Hey Chris!” Carrie called out. Chris turned around, and Carrie used her telekinesis to grab a sandwich from the picnic. “You should eat something first.”
Chris was confused, but she just shrugged and limped to the picnic with Carrie, who picked up her new Polar Rings. The others looked at Chris with apprehension.
“Is that yours?” Chris asked, pointing at a half-eaten sandwich.
“Yeah,” Carrie confirmed. “Why?”
Chris grabbed it and took a bite. “Not anymore.”
“Hey!” Oto yelled, glaring at Chris.
“What? She said it. I’m her No. 1 Enemy.”
Despite everything, Carrie chuckled. Then she looked at the Rings that she collected.
“You know Hoeru’s gonna come for you now,” Sumino pointed out.
Carrie grinned. “I look forward to it.”
Carrie White led a strange life. She had psychic powers, lived inside a giant robot, has an enemy, and is now in a tournament to collect rings and get a wish.
But Carrie was happy. This was not the life she imagined she would have, but it was a life that she wanted to live, and she could only imagine a bright future ahead of her.
From afar, a robed man watched the small picnic with a smile.
“Godspeed, Shoujo-chan.”
