And Regect was alone once more.
They stood there staring down at the hole Ze entered, they wanted to follow, to stop Ze from Finding "micha."
But they hesitated, knowing how much Daemon hated their guts, they were afraid.
So they waited.. and Waited for hours.
They waited till it began to rain, they hated the rain, it always gave them the memories that.. Micha never came back.
Before they could even realise, they were walking back to wakafante's house.
As they continued to walk, they pasted by the grave with Micha's name and a wilting allium.
Memories came flooding back in their mind.
The time they hung out, the time they make small talk. All in a limited time, they never got to spent a long time together.
They wished Micha would still be here to play, to do stuff with them.
Regect sat on the wet, cold grass. Staring at the grave they made when they found out Micha's "death". The allium they placed just a few weeks ago was starting to wilt, but they never bothered to replace it.
Their tears mixed with the pouring rain above them, they cluched their mask tightly to their chest.
The silence was unsettling, Regect was always used to hearing Moe's loud honks and Ze's yelling, but since theyre both gone, they could only sit in the rain in silence. Well even though regect hated the rain, as long as it was to keep Micha company it was worth every second.
A long moment of silence passed, The only thing that could be heard was the heavy rain that was pouring down, and Regect's sniffles.
" REGECT! " A cheerful loud voice could be heard in the distance, it sounded familiar. Very familiar.
Regect wiped the tears from their invisible face and turned to where the voice came from, Someone was standing there with an umbrella, not so far away from the hole Ze went in. It was micha, but where was Ze? Shouldn't he be with him?
Before regect could speak, Micha ran to regect and hugged them tightly. Regect was stunned but quickly hugged back.
Regect said, " So.. kid, Where's Ze..? " Micha was silent for a moment " He said he found Moe so he asked me to go out first! "
Weird.. since last time, Ze didn't leave anyone alone, Especially when they were in the hole.
But it sounded so believeable, maybe for once it wasn't a fake.. maybe.
Regect still didn't let down their guard, they were still suspicious of the person in front of them, " We should go back inside, i don't want you to get sick. " Regect teleported both of them to Wakafante's house. " did you get wet? " they asked as they put down Micha, " Nope " Micha closed the umbrella placing it near the door, " Thats great, " Regect ruffled the kid's hair.
