Parrot was stuck in his endless stream of thoughts yet again. The walls of his birdcage were torn up and ragged from the amount of times he crashed his head into them. His face and arms also had noticeably big gashes of still fresh blood which was yet to be patched.
Even through the pain he couldn’t focus on healing.
Not right now.
He was making his way back to spawn soon to, hopefully start a brand new life.
But the weight of his sins seemed to follow him back. He's lost too many.
How will he ever recover from that?
He couldn’t stop. It felt as if a big part of his heart was violently ripped out, and only a hollow space remained inside. He could never have that part of him back again- not after everything.
He should've already been at the peak of spawn by now, and yet he was still busy bedrotting.
Parrots were social birds. Yet he couldn’t bring himself to find or reconnect with other people because it felt like he was abandoning his dead friends. Abandoning Wifies.
Oh Wifies.
His mind skipped through a mirage of memories as soon as he thought of that name.
Dark brown hair and a mischievous smile. Vibrant purple irises that glowed violet. Or were they red? He tried to hold on to the rest of his features but in all the memories his face remained blurry and distant. But, always hoping and giving Parrot the means to hope.
Caring- in his own little obsessive way.
But after the farlands and all their past disputes he thought that maybe Wifies death wouldn’t hurt so much.
Man was he wrong.
The director died not too long ago, blown up by Parrot himself. He liked to think that was never Wifies at all but a mindless clone who stole his skin and trapped his friend somewhere. A little disturbing but it made him feel a little better.
Clones don’t exist on minecraft though and he tried not to feel too disappointed.
The director was Wifies. He reminded himself.
But why would his Wifies ever turn into that coward of a monster?
The thoughts made him drowsy but he didn’t want to fall to sleep, as his dreams were worse than real life.
Though, his efforts were useless as exhaustion crept into his mind slowly.
