10 PM
Will was having millions of shots of alcohol he bought from a beverage store nearby.
He invited Gabe and Leno to have a shot with him because he didnt want to be lonely while drinking.
Recently, Connor broke up with Will, because a friend of Connor told him that Will has been cheating on him with some hot blonde chick. This caused Connor to get mad at him and ending the relationship with him. Will didnt accepted that. Yet.
He already told Leno and Gabe about that, so they just felt bad for him and came over.
"Honestly, its all your fault why dont you just accept that?" Gabe elbowed Will to grab his attention. "Why the fuck are you saying that?" Will glared at him "that blonde girl was just my old classmate from English Lecture" Will added, Gabe just raised his both arms in surrender.
"Dude you literally make out with her," Leno points out the truth "you're the one who caused this break up" he adds, "oh" is what all can Will says.
"Its too late now, i cant talk to him, him and other blackhawks players blocked me, he blocked my number also," Will started to sob a little but drank to hide his sadness, "i cant talk to him even if i try to approach him after game against them he will just say that im a fucking stalker and call the police" Will emptied his glass and poured for some more.
"Well that's your fault, should've been thinking before doing it" Gabe pats his back.
"I cant i just cant, how am i supposed to move on? He was like, my everything, my saint, my angel sent from God" Will drank again, and the two boys are just listening to their best friend's sad yearn or rant or whatever Will's yapping about.
Flashback: March 15 2026
Will was bored that day he had nothing to do, he doesnt want to bother his boyfriend, who is obviously resting since he watched the game.
Connor is in Chicago, resting after yesterday's game against the knights.
One afternoon, Will received a message from his instagram. He opened it like a curious cat.
Hey wanna hang out? I know a spot
He pressed on the acc and saw a familiar face, this is his former classmate from his English Lecture. Connor would not know about this. Right?
He replied 'sure' and the girl just replied with wink emoji.
A few hours later, they just yap about their happenings in life, about what's going on, blah blah blah. Until they ended up near bathroom door, the cafe was a bit empty that day.
Will kissed and wraps his arms around the girl's waist, until they're making out.
They finished making out and kissed her in a cheek, "you taste like watermelon" he said grinning "thanks" the girl replied.
He immediately let go of the girl and kissed her again in the cheek before waving goodbye, "hang out again soon?" The girl asked "yeah" Will replied.
11 PM
The time where the situation began.
Will was brushing his teeth, he's preparing for a rest after a stressful game and he saw a notification popped up on his phone, it was his boyfriend, Connor.
He finished brushing his teeth and immediately grabbed his phone and jumped on his bed.
He opened the message, but he message wasnt the expectation to Will.
You fucking cheater, what the hell are you thinking? Do you have a brain of a monkey? You fucking piece of shit
Oh no, he found out.
He replied 'what the hell are you talking about babe?'
Will saw the typing indicator, Connor is typing.
Oh so we're playing the game called dumbfucks? Sure sure but you're the champion of this game, you have no idea what you were doing that time, did you forget that you have a FUCKING boyfriend??? Jesus Christ William dont make this issue go worse, you're gonna make the whole media mfs turn down on you, be thankful you piece of shit that only my teammates knew about this situation we're having right now.
It was Will's first time seeing Connor call him 'William', Connor usually calls him 'Willy' or simply just Will.
'im sorry its just an accident, i was drunk' He replied. Will didnt see the typing indicator, instead he received a voice mail from Connor.
"DRUNK??? YOU WERE DRUNK THAT AFTERNOON??? DONT PLAY DECEIT ON ME WILLIAM YOU KNOW WHAT YOU DID. YOU CAN'T HIDE IT ANYMORE YOU FUCKING CHEATER" Connor's voice was breaking because of sadness and anger.
"Im sorry please dont leave me im sorry im sorry sorry please" Will's voice was shaking while recording that voicemail, he received another voice mail from Connor.
"You know what? Its better for us to seperate, go be with that blonde girl, there. You happy? Im breaking up with you."
Will's face went pale and hit the record button "No wait please dont" he sent it hoping it would work.
"Im blocking you, im better off without you anyways"
Before Will could send a voice mail, he saw Connor's name on instagram to 'Instagram User'. He clicked on the acc, it was clearly gone. He blocked him.
He received another message, it was a blackhawks player. Its Frank.
He opened the message and began to read it.
"Dude not cool, imagine cheating on your boyfriend with hot blonde chick, mind you that MY BESTFRIEND is hotter than that girl, oh dude dont ever talk to him again or go near around him. The rest of the team is pissed at you especially Fliggy." Thats worse if the team's captain and Connor's mentor is pissed at you.
The acc turned same as Connor. Frank blocked him also.
He saw a few Blackhawks players unfollowing him or blocking him.
"Fuck" Will's head began to empty.
Back to Present time
"I would never cheat on him, promise, but im too late to apologize, the whole blackhawks team is angry on me, they might even bomb me if i ever touched Connor" Will emptied his cup again and poured for another, Gabe grabbed Will's phone and entered the password.
He looked through his Gallery and saw a album named 'my hawk', Leno peaked on Gabe's shoulder. Gabe opened the album and saw millions of selfies by Connor and Will by his side.
He clicked on one photo, where Connor, who is grinning, took a selfie while Will was kissing his cheek.
"Im making this as your wallpaper" Gabe smirked and Leno just snickered.
Gabe made that one photo as Will's home screen wallpaper, after he did that. Gabe puts back Will's phone to where he grabbed from.
Will emptied one bottle, and opened another.
"Okay you're getting a little bit drunk, but still this is all your fault" Gabe whistled.
"I fucking miss him so much Gabriel" Will said, leaning his head into Gabe's shoulder.
"Ok you're fucked up" Gabe replied and pushed his head a little bit far.
"I have to go get something" Will poured his cup another one and drinking it. He puts down his cup into the table and walks away.
He entered his bedroom and sat down in his bed, all he can see is his hallucination of Connor.
They used to make out in his bed before fucking and sleeping.
He looked at his bedside table and saw a 4 strip polaroid picture of him and Connor with a heart and Connor's handwriting 'i love you my shark, be safe always'. That polaroid picture was a gift from Connor in his 20th birthday last year. He missed him so dearly, he wished that he never did that. What kind of idiot.
