Mystreet Season 7 Predictions

Summary:

A while back I wrote some headcanons and predictions I had for MS S7 (before it was even announced that there would be an eighth season) because I thought I’d make a YouTube video, but I never did. Here’s the revised script that I had planned, with added theories for MS S8 too.
I’ve added more chapters with more predictions because of Mermaid Tales. Chapter 5 talks about MT finale.

Chapter 1: Aaron and Aphmau’s Recovery and Mysterious Wolf Mask Person

Notes:

I wrote a lot of this before the posters or even the season eight trailer came out. Lmk what you thought and your theories!

If you have never watched Her Wish, a Christmas special post the events of S6, it will not make sense, it’s only 3 episodes long.

Future me here: In Chapter 5 I added more to a theory I brushed on here with what we learned from the MT Finale. I disagree now with some of what I formerly wrote, but I didn’t delete it.

(See the end of the chapter for more notes.)

Chapter Text

We get a look at Mystreet season 7 in Her Wish and here are some things I noticed while watching:

I don’t think Aaron is blind at this point, but he does have difficulty seeing and bumps into things— or him being a werewolf could help because he has better senses. If he can see the bandana definitely wouldn’t make it any easier, though he’s worn it a lot of his life— so he shouldn’t have too much of a difficulty.

I know this because he was able to see that the dogs took his socks, and he was able to have a snowball fight against Zane and Garroth, you would have to see to be able to do that!

He does have difficulty getting the socks back, and admits to having problems getting them, so in terms of vision I think that Aaron’s vision is healed to a degree, but he has difficulty with coordination, which would make perfect sense.

I do think that the bandana is intentional, why wear it if you are already partially blind? Then there are cuts in scenes only showing Aphmau’s face when she talks to Aaron. Suspicious.

I think Aaron’s vision was healed by the magic that Aph has and I guess it’s possible that she did that to the void burns.

There could have been other ways, but in MCD when Aph got the void burns they had this item to get rid of them, and it’s possible that they used that, but how they would get that, I have no clue. How did Derek get a realm breaker? Maybe they just have that other thing too.

Aph using magic would be more symbolic in my opinion. I think the spots might have just healed on their own though because in the trailer of MSS7 Aaron has no void burns, but he still has no memory.. or again that relic in MCD. I don’t even know how that’s possible but then again in S6 when they were in the Irene dimension one minute didn’t equal a year in the real world like it did in MCD so maybe a lot of things are different from MCD.

You might say “that’s because MCD is a different dimension”. Well you would be wrong because how would the ancient white bearded guy in S6 remember Aph and how does the celestial cannon exist? It can be hypothesized from the “Everything wrong with season 6” video that when MCD Aphmau (Irene) died saving Aaron her dimension started to fade and therefore didn’t do that anymore.

In terms of Aaron’s memory, I don’t think that Aph magically heals that, especially because of the cliffhanger at the end of S6. It will be a “jog his memory” kind of thing, if all he remembers is Shu, then he will eventually remember Aphmau, they will probably meet at PDH where they first met, possibly set up by Mellissa because she will try to help Aaron.

Though I feel this is probably unlikely because Melissa doesn’t know that Shu is Aphmau and in the trailer we see Aph looking at all these memories of her and her friends on her own, there will probably be a lot more to the story obviously.

When I see this I also think of the book series Heroes of Olympus, in the second book Percy loses his memory, but only remembers one thing, the name Annabeth, he knows she’s his girlfriend, but doesn’t remember much more than that.

As the book goes on Percy forgets more and more, until something happens to help him regain his memory. Nowhere near the same thing in Mystreet, sorry just connecting my two obsessions for a second. That could be the same way with Aaron, and in Her Wish we see him not fully remembering certain things or people, like Dante, he also has some issues recalling details about his parents, but remembers some details.

I don’t think Aaron will remember everything though, him getting his memory wiped could just be a nice little trauma blocker. Ignorance is bliss and they all get a happy ending yay!

We wish, but I doubt he would be left forgetting everything about the Ultima thing or the traumatic events at Starlight, especially since in episode three of Her Wish he says “Sometimes fate has its own plans” when referring to his parents. He could be remembering that his parents have died or something about what happened at Starlight, but like I said I think it’s mainly a trauma blocker, which I think Aaron needed.

In terms of the bandana, he could wear it because it’s comforting, but what about his cursed eyes? Is it possible that Aaron has permanent red eyes?

But something strange I noticed is in the MSS7 trailer Aaron doesn’t have wolf ears in any scene, even scenes where he should have it.

You could say that this is an error or a rush to get the trailer done faster, but that doesn’t make much sense, he’s a main character— wouldn’t you focus on details on mc’s more than everything else?

Kawaii~Chan had her ears in the trailer, though that’s a crucial part of her identity so if it was rushed she definitely had to have them. But I think it could be intentional, resembling that Aaron is somehow not able to show his werewolf ears anymore, or maybe the trailer shows memories from Aaron’s perspective when he regains them, not Aphmau’s, or maybe he doesn’t remember being a werewolf at first.

I don’t think that makes much sense considering it’s Aphmau’s perspective but either way it’s just a theory, A GA–

Now the BIGGEST theory or thing that will happen in S7 is Alina, episode three of Her Wish Alina says “Does that mean someday I’ll be here too?” The person who is Santa says “I don’t know, that’s hard to see.”

What I do know though is that Aaron and Aphmau tried to have a baby.

Now it’s not as happy as that, I think it’s really sad actually, prepare your tissues.

When they open the present that Alina left, Aaron and Aph look at each other, it could be “Wait- Alina, that’s a baby name we thought of..” Aaron literally says “sounds like a name you’d use.”

Now why is Aphmau sad about this, because I think Aphmau may have had a miscarriage, or they have tried to have a baby but are not successful, I SAID IT WOULD BE SAD OKAY. This could be a result of the events of S6 if so, and I guess it would make sense, but if it is true JESS WHY.

To add on, after Aphmau tells Aaron that it is a stocking she begins to tear up and Aaron comes to hold her, and they just look at each other. Then the episode ends with the snowmen that Aaron, Aph, and Alina built, with Alina’s making it look like a family with a kid.

I wonder if Aphmau remembers what is was like when she died, and the people in.. Mystreet heaven? Sylvanna’s old house but glowy? I don’t know. In those scenes, I don’t know if MCD Aphmau (Irene) said Alina’s name, but the scene in Her Wish could be a look of “Wait a minute that was that girl in heaven I saw that kind of looks like me and you” she probably eventually told Aaron about it because they are married or still engaged in Her Wish.

I think Her Wish happens before season 8 obviously, I don’t think season 7 will just end when Aaron gets his memory back, there will probably be some filler episodes and happiness before DUN DUN DUN— the world is going to end cliffhanger.

So Her Wish could be midway or towards the end of season 7 and then a time skip to season 8. I think the wolf mask girl could be Alina, but it’s hard to say. In the teaser trailer it looks like the girl has black and white hair (this is from memory) and the only character that exists that I can think of like that is some Aphmau SMP character (Idk I haven’t watched cocomau in years). I think the character’s name was Kitty, Aphmau in disguise.

I feel like Jess wouldn’t bring in a character that we don’t already know from her kid content but I could be wrong. I think there is some connection to the Void Paradox though.

In Mermaid Tales the wolf character is some otherworldly person or witch, I thought maybe Lucinda for a second but doubt it. This person was planning to kill Aaron but stopped when they saw him sacrifice himself for Aphmau. It could be a different version of Alina, one from another universe where maybe Aaron wasn’t around or she didn’t understand her parents relationship, idk, it’s a stretch.

WHAT IF it’s like “Oh no maybe Aph can’t have kids” and then we get a cliffhanger before season 8 (I shouldn’t be giving Jess ideas she’s already tortured us enough) to discover that they did have a child! Yay happy ending! Ha ha. Wrong.

A timeskip happens, Alina is grown and she’s discovered that she’s destined to stop the world from exploding or something.

What if Aphmau isn't the main character anymore? I think it’s most likely some form of Aphmau though, because in void paradox Aphmau helped with transcending dimensions and stuff and I don’t remember the context but she was important.

Maybe only she can do this, she is part of Irene after all.

Notes:

Hope you enjoyed!
I’m just gonna shamelessly plug my MCD Season 2 rewrite Bound For Heartache here.. it’s A LOT better than whatever this is in my opinion, at least I’m happy with it so far.
