Work Text:

There was nothing standing out in Togami's room. Just Togami's bed, desk, some books, and the lavender cake on the table in between Togami and Kirigiri.

"I must say I'm a bit surprised Togami-kun" Kirigiri said as she sliced the cake. "I thought you would've liked an extravagant party honoring your birth."

"Well you're wrong" Said Togami "In fact, I've had enough extravagant parties. Once became the successor to my family's business, it was constant parties and events."

"More then just your birthday?" Kirigiri asked.

"I am a very successful person. There were many times to celebrate."

"Were all of them were big lavish events?"

"Some were bigger then others." He explained "Famous musicians playing music loudly, renowned chefs cooking the finest meals, everyone in their finest clothes..."

"I feel kind of jealous" Kirigiri admitted

"Do you really? Do you really want to be among a noisy crowd, with people constantly sucking up to you, or resenting your success?"

"When you put it that way..."

Kyoko looked around his room. She's been here so many times but it was the best place to enjoy the quiet. She enjoyed being around her classmates more then Byakuya did, but it was nice to enjoy the silence, and even better to enjoy the comfortable silence with someone else.

"I remember my first birthday party after I was appointed successor was good. I reveled in the feeling of being superior." Togami smiled arrogantly "However I get to show my superiority everyday. I don't see the need to celebrate everyday, do you?"

"That's what I love about you Togami. You're so humble."

"Yes and I love the way you can pass me a slice of cake."

Kirigiri held out her fork. There was a piece of cake on the end. Togami looked at her absolutely astonished.

"No."

"Open up."

"I said no. Hand me a plate"

"What are you scared of? It's just you and me."

Togami looked around the silent room, wondering how the other idiotic commoner classmates would react to such a scene if they were here.

Then Kirigiri hit him with a dangerous threat "Open up or we're celebrating your birthday with the others."

"You're terrifying sometimes, you know that?" Reluctantly and very slowly he opened his mouth. Soon he tasted the sweet flavor of the lavender cake from his conditionally same hair colored partner. Although it was too embarrassing to really enjoy completely. His cheeks felt too hot as he chewed the rich flavor.

"Hm. It's a nice cake." he admitted.

"It is isn't it?" A soft smile appeared on her face, as Togami felt okay with smiling too.

He didn't want to smile after she embarrassed him, so he ended up looking up around the room, turning his face away from her.

When he turned back to her, there was another piece of cake near his mouth held by her purple gloves. He sighed and opened his mouth again.

Once the slice was finished he requested something. "I'm feeding you now."

"Oh but it's not my birthday" She smirked.

"I'm well aware. It's mine. And since its mine I determine what's happening. So I'm feeding you now." He quickly cut up a slice and put it on a plate. "Open up."

"Or else what?"

Togami put down the fork. Then he scooped up a piece of lavender cake from the slice with his bare hands.

Kirigiri was shocked. "W-what are you, ARGH!?"

When the Togami force fed her she was even more shocked.

She enjoyed the taste, swallowed it, and then frowned at her boyfriend. "Wow. Is this really how the Heir the the Togami Family should be acting?"

"It's fine, it's just the two of us right?" Togami smugly smirked as he wiped his hands on a napkin.

Kirigiri threw a piece of cake at his face with a smug smirk of her own. Togami threw a piece of cake pack. This continued until there was no more lavender cake on the table.

Togami then got up from his chair and carried Kyoko in his arms, getting another surprised yelp out of her. She hated how he made her make such noises, but loved it at the same time. He then dropped her onto the bed, with him getting on top of her.

"T-Togami-kun, you're getting the bed dirty" The cake that was on their clothes ended up on the mattress.

"Then you shouldn't have embarrassed me like that" He went and kissed her cheek, tasting her skin and a little bit frosting.

She pulled his head down and spoke in his ear "You're so self-conscious. It's quite pathetic" Then she licked the frosting off his ear.

The two spun around the bed for a bit, between carefreeness and a drive to beat the other, until they ended up on their sides, facing each other. Togami had his arms around her as she had her face against his cake crumb filled chest. She could smell the lavender fused with Togami's scent.

"That cake wasn't expensive was it?" he asked.

"Sort of"

"I'll pay you back later."

"I'm not letting you pay for your own cake."

"Fine. I don't think it was a waste anyway. That was...enjoyable"

"...It was"

"I'm content that you're here with me Kirigiri"

"I'm content too." She nuzzled against his chest, as he hugged her tighter.

It didn't matter how dirty they were, or how dirty the bed was, or how ridiculous they were acting. It just felt really good right now.

Needless to say, this was definitely Togami's favorite birthday so far.

Notes:

of course I miss yet another birthday deadline. At least Kyoko doesn't have to deal with any dead bodies this time.

Also. Rich...Lavender...get it? I'm funny right?
