“Madoka, please.. A-a life without you is worse than death. I-I I can’t live without you” Homura fumbled over her words. A lump formed in her throat and she felt tears roll down her cheek. She knew her time with the only person she had ever loved was running out. Madoka’s eyes glissoned. “Homura.. I’ll always be with you now.” She slipped the yellow ribbons out of her hair, motioning for Homura to take them. “I’ve seen everything you’ve done for me. All your suffering, the time you’ve spent saving me, every single reset.. It’s time for me to save you now.” Those last words slipped through Madoka’s lips as she disintegrated and sent Homura away. She could faintly hear Homura hopelessly scream her name… Her last memory before everything went to black.
