As the sun came to a set, Lucy and Tim strolled onto the beach, arms interlocked with one another.
“The sun really is beautiful, isn’t it? Also, it's very rare for you to say you want to go to the beach.” Lucy looked at him and chuckled.
“Hey, It’s not wrong to hate the sand is it?” Lucy rolled her eyes playfully before both of them stopped in the middle of the beach. “Sometimes, moments like this, you really have got to cherish and appreciate them.” Lucy smiled warmly, looking into the beautiful sunset before she felt Tim slip away from her and got down on one knee with a box in his hand.
“Lucy Chen, It has been a great 8 years with you, and I wish to spend it with you forever. Will you marry me?” She stared in shock, her eyes glimmering with tears of joy,
“Yes, I will.”
As Tim slipped the ring on her ring finger, he stood up as they passionately kissed. After they pulled out of the kiss, Lucy chuckled. “How long have you been planning this?”
Tim looked around, “Since, Hm.. Maybe a few weeks or so..” Lucy smiled a warm smile as a sound could be heard behind them.
"Congrats!"
A blonde woman said, A guy in black hair holding her hand. Lucy looked back as she said “Thank you!” Before looking back at Tim. As the couple walked closer, Both of them felt a prick at the side of their necks.
“What..-” Lucy muttered, her vision blurred as she fell to the floor, the woman supporting her so she wouldn't fall hard. As the man did the same for Tim. Tim outreached his hand as he felt Lucy grab it, using the last of his strength, he managed to slip the ring off of Lucy’s finger.
Recalling what she did the last time she had gotten kidnapped, he used the exact same method. It wouldn’t help any of his colleagues find them, but it would at least signal someone that they were taken.
The woman crouched down looking straight at Tim before he lost full consciousness.
“Heath Everett says payback is a bitch.” Before a black bag was pulled atop of their heads, Tim looked at Lucy, clearly remembering the first time she had gotten kidnapped, before blacking out.
