Word
The best thing
I’ve ever known
About
Me.
And yet,
Why,

Is this word
So meaningful to me?
It means
Community,
It means
The Rocky Horror Picture Show,
It means
Queer music
And queer pride,
It means identity
It means
The World
It means so many
Things,
And yet.
Why
Do I
Still find it so hard
To love
This sacred
Part of me?
