Discard didn’t sleep all night, which, was his fault. He had just played games all night. Not the best, and probably kept Copper awake again. BUTTTT~ He could just apologize. So it was gonna be fine. He went over to the kitchen and saw that Weffle was making food already. Coolio. Anywho, he went over to the table and waited for Weffle to be finished making the food.
“Heya Discard! Did ya get good sleep?” Weffle asked whilst finishing up breakfast.
“Hey! And uhh.. uhm..Soo..”
“Did you play games all night again? Guess it’s your body and not mine, but you gotta stop. Your wall between your rooms and Copper and Phantasia’s room is REALLY thin. And you know how Copper complains every night you do this.” Weffle replied to Discard with a sigh.
“I knowww.. I could just apologize.” Discard said.
“Ya know you can’t keep using that excuse.” Weffle replied “Well, whatever, Breakfast is served.” Weffle said, putting some good looking pancakes in front of Discard. She then yelled out for everyone else to come over and eat, and basically everyone did, except for Selena of course, because she’s nocturnal.
“Uhm..Discard-”
“Ohh, yeah I know I was really loud last night, sorry..” Discard automatically replied to Copper.
“Oh.. Uhm, yeah.” Copper replied, she still looked sad though.
‘I shouldn’t have done that, huh? Copper looks down.. What things does she like again? oh yeah, shiny trinket things, maybe I could get her something.’ Discard thought.
He finished up his pancakes and went back to his room to get ready to go. He got ready, but made sure to go and ask Copper what she wanted. He went into her room and saw her and Phantasia were talking about something.
“Heyy! What you guys doin’?” Discard asked.
“Oh, Hey Discard! We’re just talking about some things.” Phantasia responded.
“Coolio. Anyway, uhh Copper, hypothetically, if I were to get you some type of gift from a mall, what would you want?” Discard asked.
“Huh? Oh, yeah, uhmmmmmmm~..... Probably like some small trinkets, make sure they’re shiny though.. And that’s about it..” Copper replied.
“What, you're getting her something and not me? That’s unfair!” Phantasia exclaimed.
“Hehe, don’t worry, I’ll get ya somethin,” Discard replied. “Welp, I’ll go get something, bye!” He finished, leaving.

Discard then arrived at the mall, and went over to multiple stores, he didn’t find much, obviously. It’s quite hard to find small shiny things.
‘Maybe I could check at the gachapons? Yeah probably.. Wait, is that a record store? I’ll go there to treat myself to somethin.’
He went inside and looked around. He looked in certain sections and saw different artists he liked.
‘Wait is that myself? Damn, it’s almost sold out! Awsome!’ he thought, smiling.
He looked around and found an EDM artist’s album he liked. He bought it and headed back out, but then someone talked very loudly to him.
“I can’t BELIEVE you didn’t pay ANY attention to me!” Some random person said.
“Huh? Are you.. Talking to me?” Discard replied.
“Yes! Obviously. I’m your BIGGEST fan, and you didn’t pay ANY attention to me. You were literally looking at me and STILL ignored me!” The other said.
“Oh, sorry, ‘ guess I was too focused on finding my own stuff.. I noticed you now-”
“You are a LIAR. You said that you’d notice every fan that called you out in public! Are you misogynist? Really?” The girl yelled out
“What..? Nonononononono.. I’m sorry, just.. I didn’t notice you. My.. err. I’m sorry.” Discard replied.
‘I can’t admit that.’ He thought.
“I’m posting this! Say goodbye to your fans!” She said, walking away.
“...” Discard didn't reply. Just walked away. He wasn't there for that stuff anyway. He was there to get Copper something, right? So why not just do it?

Discard left the mall and went over to a gas station nearby. He got some mint ice cream for Phantasia and a certain type of‘treat' for himself, and went back to the two.

“Heyy guys I'm back, got yall some things.” Discard said, going over to the two.
“Yay!! What'd you get?” Phantasia asked.
“I just got ya a lil' treat, ‘cause this was originally for Copper, you like mint flavoured stuff, right? I got some ice cream.” Discard replied. Getting it from the bag of stuff.
“Yay! Thank you!” Phantasia exclaimed, leaving the room and going most likely to the kitchen.
“Alright.. Sorry I took so long by the way. I err.. Ran into someone, but anyway! Here.” Discard stated. Pulling out a bag and showing copper an assortment of shiny trinkets. Like things you'd see on a necklace to other cool things she may've liked.
“.... Wow.. Woww..! Th-thank you!” Copper exclaimed quietly. Hugging Discard.
“Haha! Don't mention it!” He replied. “Well, I'm gonna go to my room, see ya!” He said, leaving.
He went into his room, and pulled out the last thing he had bought.
‘.. Man. I should stop doing this. Things are bad as it is.’ he thought, before pulling out the bottle of alcohol, and downing half of it in one go.
‘Maybe I could be brave enough to finally show people what I'm actually doing.. Or maybe I could take some pills next time I do this. At least I have half a bottle of alcohol left.’
