This is it… it’s finally the time
Pol was just waiting outside Harvey’s house, patiently waiting for their friend to get ready and come out.
The two were going to just hang out, like every normal two person friendship would.. however pol had a little thing…
She wanted to confess to Harvey about her feelings, she knew Harvey wasn’t well… a romantic person but she wanted to try
Besides, can you really blame her? Harvey looked really cute…especially since they looked so much like a moth..
Her thoughts were quickly interrupted by the door opening and there they are
Harvey
She swore she had felt her heart skipping a beat..
Harvey was dressed up in a black long sleeved shirt with a white vest on top and black pants on with this damn moth pin they always wore..
Harvey looked so..pretty.. their dark brown hair that looked soft to touch, those lips that curled into a soft little smile, those eyes that looked like a moths eye-
“POL!!!”
Pol was snapped out of her train of thoughts, almost tripping and ~~breaking her back~~ yelled like someone was getting hit by a truck
“WAGH!!”
“Pol, it’s just me..”
Harvey said with a little chuckle. god did it sound cute. She was gripping onto her chest and took deep breaths
“Ah shit, sorry..”
She said before she stretched a little and sighed before she flashed her smug smile that always brightened up a room without even trying
“Well, shall we go m’they?”
She said with that dumb little tone while her hand was up, waiting to take their hand. Harvey chuckled at that and took her hand
“Pfft- stop saying that”
The two then started walking to their local mall, the walk was a little long so they did have some time to chat. Harvey was just going on about their art and complaining about how the prices of eggs were raised (lmao)
But pol wasn’t listening, in fact she was distracted, really distracted.. she was too busy looking at Harvey’s face
god, they were so pretty… their void like pupils.. their nose that looked very pokeable, their lips looked kissable..their cheeks looked squishy..god how she could hold them in her arms and cuddle with them and kiss them on the lip-
“Pol? We’re here”
She snapped out of her thoughts when she noticed that they reached their destination. The mall.
She blinked multiple times and shook her head she needs to stop being so gay..
“Right! Right, we’re here now…”
She said with a small cough before the two went inside. They were both hit with the cool air of the mall and by gods the mall was so huge..
There were cafés, clothing stores, CD shops everywhere.. oh and a McDonalds right over the corner.. oh hey an ice cream shop!
Pol gripped onto Harvey’s hand and like an excited dog who’s getting a treat, she immediately ran over to the ice cream shop with such high speed that Harvey was almost tripping over
“AH! P-POL!! SLOW DOWN!!!”
Harvey yelped in surprise as they tried to stop their strangely fast friend but it ended up causing Harvey to slide over
After what felt like an eternity, Pol immediately stopped her tracks and looked up, they were now at the ice cream shop.
Pol casually looked at Harvey with a grin and spoke
“We’re here!!”
She said with enthusiastically, completely oblivious to the absolute horrified and petrified Harvey
The two of them went inside the shop as Harvey was fixing their hair. The inside of the store was pretty colourful and cold, the seats were a lighter maroon color, an interesting contrast to the lighter blue on the walls.
The two walked over to the cashier (stand? Idk)
“Hi! Welcome to FMDAG! How may I serve you?”
The person behind the stand spoke with a kind smile, they had a strange hair color.. almost a leafy kind of color.. oh well!
“Hi! I’d like a chocolate ice cream with some sprinkles on top and..”
Pol trailed off her words before she looked over to Harvey and tilted her head
“Hm?. Oh! I’d love cookies and cream ice cream”
They said to which she nodded and went back
“And cookies and cream ice cream with a chocolate straw!”
“Hu- wait wha-”
“Alright! One sprinkled chocolate ice cream and one cookie and cream ice cream with a chocolate straw!”
The person said as she scooped up the ice creams and placed them in the cone. Meanwhile Harvey leaned in and whispered quietly
“..pol.. you didn’t have to-”
“Oh but I insist”
The blonde said with her signature grin which shut the dark brown up
After a few minutes or so, the ice cream has had finally been served to the two
“Here you go! Enjoy your ice cream!”
The two thanked the cashier ice cream stand idk what they call it. They could have sworn she had said something about them being cute as a couple but maybe they misheard
As the two walked out together with their ice creams in hand and a smile on their faces, pol looked at harvey and spoke
“you enjoying your ice cream?”
Harvey looked at her, their tongue was licking the ice cream with a carefree smile and nodded
“Yeah… it’s actually delicious”
“See told you it’ll tasty”
She said with a stupid shit eating grin which made harvey giggle, god did their giggles and laughs sound cute..
“Oh shut up you”
They said, there was no real venom in their tone and instead they shoved her face with their ice cream, living a hint of vanilla on her face
“Wha- HEY!!”
Pol yelled out angrily before she shoved her ice cream to Harvey but they immediately dodged, their hands up in protest
“WOAH WOAH CALM DOWN-”
“GET BACK HERE”
The angry blonde yelled out before she started running toward them.
The two immediately started running. The blonde chased down at the moth eye with determination in her face while the other was running away in fear
“AHH IM SORRY IT WAS A JOKE!!”
“I DONT CARE GET BACK YOU FUCKING-”

The two had so much fun! The entire day was absolutely amazing for the two (besides the whole chasing thing, they almost got kicked out of the mall).
They went to a CD shop, a thrift store, an arcade and so much more! (They also bought some stuff)
The two were laughing as they walked out of the mall. It was already getting pretty dark which made the sky view gorgeous, its colors had its orange and yellow contrasts with a hint of the dark night look (idk how to explain stuff)
While the two were walking around, they found a bench next to a cherry blossom tree (c’mon that’s like the most romantic tree. Have you seen that one mizuena ena5 card?)
The two decided to walk over to the bench and sit there, taking a breather before they started talking to each other
Pol was sitting there a bit anxiously, this was it.. pol thought, she could confess to Harvey about her feelings and such..
she was a bit nervous about confessing her love to Harvey and such but
The worst they can say is no, right?
“Harvey..”
“And I was- oh? Yes, poly?”
They paused. They looked over to pol with those damn curious eyes, god..why did they have to look so cute?
“Well uhm…”
Pol spoke, her tone was a lot more quieter and shyer than her usual goofiness and confidence which caused Harvey to worry a bit
god..how could she just tell them she’s in love with them?, pol’s thoughts were flooding and all over the place, she was silently panicking. She was just about the tell them it was nothing before-
“Hey..you can tell me anything, poly! We always tell each other stuff, right?”
The moth eye said, their smile was warm and comforting.
And that was enough to make the blonde to grow less anxious and more confident to confess
And so she took a deep breath and took Harvey’s hand
“Harvey..”
Pol started, her tone was more clear and less nervous as she continued
“For years. For years since I've known you..I always thought you were talented, and cool, and cute and-”
“Is that all?..”
Harvey interrupted, a bit confused to which pol realised they were going off track
“Oh shit, I'm sorry, what I mean to say is..”
Pol took a deep breath, their grip on Harvey's hand was slightly tight before they looked deep into their eyes and said.
“I’m in love with you.”
Everything went silent, Harvey’s breathing hitched and pol continued
“I know you’re not the most romantic person ever and i know our families aren’t found of queer people or whatever but please i-”
“Pol.”
Harvey interrupted. Pol stopped speaking and just looked into Harvey’s eyes. they looked..off? They weren’t sure what it was.. were they gonna get rejected-
“…i love you too..”
Pol’s heart stopped. Did she hear that correctly? No, no, no, this has to be fiction right? I mean there’s no way Harvey could-
“Pol, I've loved you for a while as well..”
Oh.. oh it’s reality.. oh it’s actually a reality
Pol looked at Harvey with shock in their expression. It took a while for them to process before their face was immediately Red
“I-i- uhm..”
“I-is everything alright..? Pol you look really red.. do you have a feve-”
Before Harvey could finish their sentence, their lips were immediately touched by the other
They were stunned by the sudden contact before slowly kissing back.
