Drinking was not a good idea and Enid should have listened to Wends when she told her that. Too late.
“mmmm…, Wends? You ‘ere?” She said from the doorway of their dorm.
” I am here, and you appear to be intoxicated, something I had advised against. Would you like some water?”
‘She looks so pretty like she always does, how does she manage that? And she always cares about her sooo much even when she was disapproving of her and was a bit upset, she would never admit that thought. ‘ Enid is very, very drunk and very much in love with her roommate.
” Yeah, water”, she says slurred and tiredly. She moves to go sit down on wendsday bed and her roommate comes out of the bathroom holding a glass of water which Enid took and slowly sipped from it. She slumped against Wednesday but, Wednesday doesn’t push her away only sits there waiting for Enid to get up by herself, that doesn’t happen. Instead Enid flops down on the bed and stares up at the ceiling in a daze.
It then comes to her that she is laying on Wednesday Addams bed and she may never get this chance again, so in all her drunken stupidity, she rolls over and buries her nose in the sheets.
“ What are you doing?”
”mhm… you smell nice…”
” Is this some wolf thing? Because if so please tell me I would love to document this.”
” mmm… that’s so you wends… but no this just me”
” I would hope so, I am me after all.”
”and that’s what I love about you! You just so you… I love you… like… a lot, did you know that?”
” I do now, cara mia”
Enid was never one for subtly.For example,” will you kiss me?”
” No”
” Whyyyyyy?” Enid whined
“ You’re drunk and are not in the right state of mind to consent, Enid.”
Enid huffed and Wednesday lay next to her and ever so lightly peck her cheek too which Enid gave her a dopey grin and shifted closer to her to embrace her and this was something that her companion did not usually enjoy but she would allow for Enid to so.
After a few minutes they ended up just falling asleep next to each other, Wednesday decided that she would have to just deal with it for the night and deal with any consequences tomorrow. At least she would get to see that blush and utter embarrassment on Enid face that she adored.
