Chapter Text
It was November, more than a month away from Will’s favorite holiday. Christmas was always his favorite holiday with Halloween close to it. He was starting one of the last DND campaigns of the year and this time, the party let him be the DM. The party originally started with Lucas, Mike, Will, and Dustin. It got expanded when Will befriended Jane, the chief’s (or His mom’s boyfriend’s) daughter. They decided to give her the role of the mage because they believed she had powers she didn’t talk about.
And then, the zoomer came in. One of Will’s best friends. All together they had pretty good years. All was good and everyone sat down so Will proceeded to start the campaign,” The crew were walking into the forest, unaware of the danger they were about to run into.” Will paused looking at the script. “ As soon as they were about to turn the corner they saw…” Will trailed out while everyone was waiting for the thing waiting for them to defeat.
“ TWO TITANS HOVERING OVER… a mother and her children filled with fear shown in their eyes” Dustin gasped Mike visibly lowered down in his seat. "well…” Jane trailed off-” What supplies do we have?” Dustin the Bard has the intelligence of making plans, depending on what they have to make another intelligent plan. Zoomer has-” “ Nope don’t you dare include me in this nerdy game! ” Max sneered, crossing her arms in disapproval. Will continues," The zoomer is apparently too damaged to do anything towards the titans, Mike the brave luckily never breaks his oath and has a sword and a shield to protect the others. The ranger is… Well damaged enough from the other battle but still has his 1 arrow left. And Will the wise, cleric for all, has healed completely when he missed the last battle due to sickness.” ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
The campaign soon ended with a heroic closing, the family saved and titans defeated. Will packed up his stuff when he heard something. A clock… Weird, he's been hearing a clock for the past two weeks. He might have to tell his mom what it is so that he would know what illness he has. Will stepped out of the door. He ran down the stairs of the apartment and turned to the alleyway where he left his bike.
William
Will thought he heard a voice but quickly shut the thought down
William, I am here and I know you hear me.
Will stopped halfway on his bike,” Where are you?” Will hesitated looking into the darkness of the alleyway.” And what do you want from me?” The weird voiced man stepped out, he looked as if he wasn’t even human, flesh all around his body. The man set out a hand for will. Just then screeches appeared all around Will and something grabbed him from behind. “ HELP!!” No one responded as if Will’s screams were muffled. Will got dragged closer and closer to the wall. The last thing Will saw was a creepier version of New York. The creatures threw Will somewhere causing him to blackout. No one had heard him, and no one thought to save him. Right, no one will ever listen to him because he’s “queer” .
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Will slowly stirred, taking in the new scenery around him. The next thing he saw was the flesh creature coming to him with something in his hands. Spiders. Spiders were Will’s biggest fear, the way they have lots of tiny eyes staring at you and how their legs could crawl up and down him. His jaw flew open without him having to do anything. One by one he felt the spiders crawl into his throat. Will was disgusted, he wanted to throw up, anything to get the spiders out. But he couldn't move at all. The spiders crawled all around him even in his stomach. They bit him, poked at him, submerging into his skin. Slowly, he fell, not being able to bare the pain the spiders was causing him. For a second, it stopped. But of course he couldn't get freedom for a year peacefully and the spiders crawled on him again, spreading their venom in his veins.
What evil did he do to get sent to actual hell... But that didn't matter right now, what matters is that he's being killed in the worst way possible. Now, nothing would make sense of why he's here except... oh.
