"Hello, sweetie."
River turns around and gasps delightfully at the sight of a smirking blonde doctor.
"I wasn't aware I have a wife," River smiles her charming red lips, "and such a pretty one."
Thirteen's face goes flush, with more of a grin than a smirk, as she rocks on her feet.
“It’s nice to see you again.”
River’s smile softens. “I missed you too, dear.”
She strolls towards the newly seen regeneration, an action done countless times before, and plants a kiss on the Doctor’s forehead.
After very few, but seemingly long seconds, River breaks from Thirteen.
“I believe we have much catching up to do.” She says as she’s offering an arm for her new wife.
The doctor chuckles whilst she wraps River’s arm within her own, letting herself be escorted.
“Oh, yes.”
