"Mother." The deity affirmed.
Athar.
A name uttered commonly among the people of earth. And by commonly, the name was spoken almost every passing year within centuries.
Athar was a deity; the god of shadows and guidance. Who watched over the dead and damned--and made sure they had made it to the right place, moving silently and swiftly with a scarily accurate precision.
But other than his duties, he wasn't the most talkative or social out of the other divinities, tending to stick to the shadows of solitude for the most part. He was affectionately described as a 'lone owlet' by the other pantheons for this. It brought him a sense of solace, but he would never admit it out loud.
