Chapter Text
Deep in the depths of HOLLOW EARTH ~ WORLD - GBASH, the Giga Core musters up a new sentinel, a new Zyva. A crystalline titan from the source of its and other titans' power as its protector, but it saw the ground turn red and glow. A crimson star appeared around, sending Zyva through it, into a new world. It appeared motionless on the ground. The landscape was primarily grey, but it had a bright blue ocean as far as the eye could see. Zyva stood up and looked around. It saw a trail of red string which it followed. Eventually, it reached a cliff, which it scaled with ease, and it came across a small being from whom the trail of red string came. It was tiny, only around twenty-two centimetres tall, compared to Zyva, who is a staggering fifty-six metres tall.
This small creature was Yarny. It came here from a countryside home in the forests of SWEDEN ~ WORLD - UNRAVEL. The sentinel leant down to observe Yarny, who was trying to find a hiding spot, but was seemingly surprised when the crystal titan held out its crystal arm for Yarny to climb onto. The yarn-craft creature grabbed onto Zyva's arm and rested on the arm of it. Zyva walked with Yanry resting on its arm before taking a break for shelter. Zyva's connection to the Giga Core was severed when it was teleported here, meaning it couldn't reliably obtain Giga Energy outside of combat. When they rested in a large cave, Yarny saw a spindle with some yarn on it, allowing Yarny to gain yarn so that it would not unravel.
In the small cave home of Naru, Gumo, the egg of Kuro and Ori of NIBEL ~ WORLD - BLIND FOREST, one of the portals opened. Ori walked towards while signalling for Naru and Gumo to take the egg of Kuro away. Ori touched the portal, and they were taken away. Landing in the same cave as Yarny and Zyva, their presence illuminated the cave, which caused the ever-curious Yarny to walk towards the light of Ori. Zyva stood up, ready to protect its cottagecore friend. Neither the last guardian spirit nor sentient yarn craft were hostile to the other. Seeing this, Zyva let Ori climb on their arm as they rested in the cave.
A set of three portals opened in a forest near the shore. Walking out of the portals, a block-made person wearing sky-blue armour that shimmers like it's made of diamonds, a brown-haired person with a similar cubic look wearing bronze, heavy armour with a hoplite helmet, a long, curved bronze-coloured sword, and a shield. And lastly, a tall figure in silver armour with horns on the side, almost like a knight's armour. These three are Steve, Hytaler, and Terrarian. Steve hails from the dimension of the OVERWORLD ~ WORLD - MINECRAFT. The Hytaler comes from ORBIS ~ WORLD - HYTALE, and lastly, The Terrarian from TERRARIA ~ WORLD - ...TERRARIA... The trio looked around before noticing each other. Steve and The Terrarian locked eyes through their helmets. Steve walked towards The Terrarian.
"Ay, Terrarian! How have you been? Seems like you got a lot more stuff since we last saw each other."
"Certainly, I was almost about to defeat the mighty Moon Lord. How have you been, Steve? The Overworld been treating you well?"
"Why, it certainly has. I was in the middle of an ocean monument in the chamber of the final Elder Guardian, though the past two were nothing compared to Duke Fishron we fought side by side a couple months back."
The Terrarian and Steve seemed to have known each other for a while, compared to the Hytaler, who was new to both of them. He decided to introduce himself when they had finished talking about their time since they last joined forces.
"Uh, hey, I'm Hytaler. It seems you two have known each other for a while. I come from Orbis, which is ironic considering I'm quite cubic. I wield a crossbow, my adamantite armour and weapons."
"It is certainly nice to meet you, Hytaler. I'm Steve of the Overworld."
"And I'm Terrarian... from the land of Terraria."
"Well, it's nice to meet you two. But I suggest we must get going to find a way home. But how did you two meet? It seems like you come from entirely different worlds than each oth-"
Hytaler didn't get to finish his sentence before a loud crash echoed across the land. The terrain trio looked around and saw a large dust cloud, and out emerged a red and black robot. Firing two of its clawed hands at them.
"Whoa, that was close. Time to break it now, I don't feel like dying without a spawn point."
Steve spoke to the others, pulling out his diamond sword. Terrarian unveiled their true night's edge and Hytaler their adamantite sword.
Two young humans are walking around after also being teleported here. They are Vella Tartine and Shay Volta. Both hailing from SUGAR BUNTING ~ WORLD - BROKENAGE and BASSINOSTRA ~ WORLD - BROKENAGE. After having saved their world from an alien threat, the duo was teleported here. They kept walking and talked as they did so.
"So, Shay, how did we even get here?"
"Well, Vella, if I had to guess probably has something to do with those red star portals. Let's just hope we can get home safely."
"I hope you're right, Shay. Our families are probably worried sick about us. Wait, do you see that?"
"Yeah, it appears to be a robot and a clay human?"
This was the opposite of another, more villainous robot. And alongside them was the ever-changing warrior known as The Wobbler. This clay-like creature comes from THE BATTLE SIMULATOR ~ WORLD - TABS. It seems to be in a neutral state as the robot, which can be seen clearly in colour as blue and black, spots Shay and Vella.
"Hey, you two there! You look lost. I can help you with that as long as you can help me."
The robot spoke with confidence, almost laid back alongside The Wobbler. Shay and Vella didn't quite know how to respond.
"I uh, yeah, my friend Vella and I here don't know how we got here exactly, if you know a way out, we'll help you anyway we can."
Vella took Shay aside and asked him about whether or not he trusted the robot.
"Look, Shay. As much as I also want to trust them. We don't want another Marek or Levina on our hands. Especially in a situation as dire as this one, but... If we have to, I can go along with you and this robot."
Shay nodded. They agreed they didn't want to have another backstabber they trusted, but only he knew a way out of there.
"Alright, Shay and I just discussed it. We'll go with you, robot."
"Great! Also, call me Xander."
"Alright, Xander. Where should we go to get home?"
Shay asked, hoping for an answer.
"Well, as soon as I can find the rest of the energy signatures, I can get all of you to help me with restoring universes to their state and time before this all happened. With you, me and The Wobbler here searching, we can find the rest in no time."
Xander responded, telling Shay and Vella it wasn't that simple, but the way it would happen when he could. They continued walking towards the next energy signature. It was getting far higher as it led to a massive cavern. They entered it, and a white light and a purple light were near the middle. Shay and Vella expected something bad, but Xander couldn't have been more relaxed. And just as Shay and Vella were about to ask who they were looking for, they looked up and saw Zyva. It stood up, Yarny and Ori on its shoulders. Intimidating Shay and Vella, The Wobbler was unfazed, and Xander looked confident.
"Well, hello, big guy, you're definitely the larger energy signature. The pure light radiating off the white one is powerful. Your worlds must surely need you now more than ever. Oh, and the little red one. It seems you have travelled all over your homeland. We must be going now, and I suggest you come with us."
Zyva looked over to Yarny and Ori, who assured it that it was safe. The trio followed Xander, The Wobbler, Shay and Vella out of the cave. Though they had to take routine breaks for Yarny to gain more thread.
The Terrarian, The Hytaler and Steve had just begun fighting the robot that crashed down in front of them, while Shay and Vella met Xander and The Wobbler. The Hytaler shot their crossbow, which lodged itself in the arm of the robot. Distracting it enough for Steve and The Terrarian to come in with a diamond sword and the true night's edge, with The Hytaler joining them with his adamantite sword. With the three swords slamming down on the machine's head its sent flying and powers down.
"Hey, nice job, team. That robot never stood a chance against us or our blades. Tell me, Hytaler, where do you find such powerful weaponry?"
Steve asked The Hytaler about where to access his weapons materials if he ever joins his world, like The Terrarian's.
"Well, you can find adamantite ore anywhere. Just look for deep red crystals embedded in rocks."
Steve nodded and wrote it down with a book and a quill. They kept walking until they stumbled across the other group. Spotting Xander, Shay, Vella, The Wobbler and lastly, Zyva, Yarny and Ori. The Terrarian reequips his true night's edge, Steve his diamond sword and The Hytaler his adamantite sword. They get ready to attack Xander, but he speaks to them to try to stop them from fighting him and the others.
"Hey, hey. Look, I know you probably had a run-in with my other half's drones, but I'm different from her and them. I actually want to get you all home. But I'm gonna need your help to fix them first, along with others. I'm Xander. And these are The Wobbler, Shay, Vella, Zyva, Yarny and Ori."
Steve answers first.
"Hmm, I'll bite. Why should we trust you?"
"Because I'm your only way home, and also."
Xander opens two portals. He grabs a handful of gear that The Terrarian and Steve haven't seen before. Solar Armour, a stardust wand, summons and, most importantly, the Zenith for The Terrarian. Grey wings, black ingots, a trident, a black, metal spear, a heavy mace and purple storage boxes for Steve.
"If I really wanted to stop you, I wouldn't give you stuff from your futures? Would I? No. So if you want out of here alive and to a safer bunch of dimensions than this one. Then come with me, come with us."
Steve, The Terrarian and The Hytaler look around and see nothing and decide to go with them. They all nod. Another portal opens and spawns a small horned robot, which then transforms into a larger horned robot wielding a warhammer. It slams the ground, starting the smelting process in this world, causing Xander to make a portal and usher everyone in.
"Okay, okay. EVERYONE, IN NOW!"
"Why? What's happening? Oh, I see the grounds turned to bright pink lava."
This robot was the rogue known as Unithor. It called the rogue's dedicated world-smelter into this universe to destroy it. Unreal emerged from a massive portal in the sky. Unithor noticed the group and flew towards them with crystals following it.
"I'll explain what that is later, but we gotta go!"
And one by one, they all go in and disappear on the other side, where the robot can't catch them...
