"GUYS!" A BeMeebEth's voice rang out of the castle, catching the attention of the other ethereal work shoppers outside.
"GET OVER HERE NOW!" His voice continued
"How many shards are y'all betting this is just one of his cooking accidents?" A Gaddzooks jokingly said, looking up at the castle.
"A hundred thousand plus" An auglur giggled
"I dunno, his voice kinda sounded panicked. Come on, let's go check it out." A Pentumbra led the way inside, heading upstairs toward the kitchen, where the sound came from.
They found the BeMeebEth before...a bunch of blocks spread all over the kitchen
"Hey, Aphex, could you..move to the side a little?"
"Alright...but you might not like it..."
Aphex moved and the familiar sight of a blocky monster stood in front of them
"CRAP! PHYX?!" A Meebkin scram out
"Aaagh...g-guys?" Phyx garbled out
"Who did this to you?" The Pentumbra said, lowering it's body to Phyx's face
"I-i don't remember.." Just then, his voice lowered in pitch, his eyes went dark and he was left motionless
"MAN WHY IS EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS PLACE SO DEPRESSING?!" A nitebear ran out crying.
"Hey, dude, come back!" A piplash ran after him
"Aphex, did you do this?" The Pentumbra asked as if he was threatening him
"W-what? No, Kade, I j-just found him here! Honest!"
"Right..." Kade walked out of the room, eyes narrowed, determined to find the perpetrator who had killed their friend.
