“Mike have you got that pigeon yet?!!!”
Alison and Mike were renovating their room, they had just found out his wife was the sole inheritor of a grand country estate called Button House from her late step great aunt.
Mike was in charge of getting the Tv set up while Alison was a few rooms down looking for tools to fix up some of the furniture in the room.
They’ve been having problems with a pigeon that keeps on getting in their room. Mike then heard a noise coming from outside. He walked over to the window and leaned out to see the pesky pigeon napping on the top bit of the drain next to the window.
As he leaned forward to wake it one of the restless spirits of the house, a bloke named Julian, saw him leaning further and further out. He then crept up to the unsuspecting man and using all his undead strength he pushed him out the window resulting in Mike screaming as he fell onto the floor.
Alison heard the scream and ran to the window he fell from “MIKE!!!!!!” She screamed.
She then raced out of the room and down the stairs then forced the door open and ran to Mike all while ringing 999. Mike for a brief moment opened his eyes and saw figures forming around the window he fell from, he could’ve sworn they looked like real people. Then he passed out. A couple of days later the ghosts were gathered in the living area discussing the situation. “What if they don’t come back I hope Mike is ok?” Kitty asked. “It was a floor drop and I know that from… experience” Fanny replied. “It’s ok guys I’m sure Mike is alright” Pat said. “Shame really he would’ve made a fine soldier” The Captain commented “you know for his fine skills with the picture machine”. “Well we wanted them gone didn’t we?” Julian said. “Yes but not pushed Julian!!” Fanny replied “it’s murder Julian!!!”. Julian then replied “well technically it was an attempted mur…”. Julian was then cut off by Robin. “THEY BACK!!!!!” He shouted “Oh yes they’d be getting out of their horseless carriage” said Mary. They both got out of the car, Mike was wearing a neck brace still in agony while Alison was on the phone finishing a call. “Are you sure you want to sill do the B&B business after that incident?” She asked. “Hey it’s your dream to have a little B&B business and we’re a team so it’s a good job I took out a small loan to do repairs before this” he then pointed to his neck brace which made her chuckle. Then two vans pulled up filled with workmen and one named Terry came over and introduced himself and gave them hard hats to help protect them from anything as the house was literally falling apart. Alison then kissed Mike and told him to go rest up while she and Terry sorted out the building work leaving Mike alone in the hallway. He then saw a man in a suit next to him. Mike looked at him up and down “you should get yourself one of these mate” he said pointing to his hard hat. Little did he know that man in the suit was Julian. He then rushed into the living room in a panic. “He spoke to me!!!! He spoke to me!!! He saw me and he spoke to me!!!!” He said waving his arms around. Meanwhile Mike then walked into the room Alison was in. She had just finished discussing with Terry the extent of the repairs that needed to be done. “Oh there you are” said Alison “thought you were getting some rest?”. Mike was then about to answer when he saw an old woman poking through the wall “Alison” he uttered. “I get it Mike it’s gonna take a lot of work but we can do it I mean it’s only us” “Alison!” He repeated in the same scared tone as this time more and more spirits phased out of the walls. “What is their to scared of it’s not like there’s no such things ghosts right?”. Mike then turned around and saw a decapitated body standing right next to him and he let out a giant scream and fainted. Looks like Ghosts are real.
