Caters birthday was just around the corner. Azul had wanted the money. He had really made the wrong decision by giving Cater the Mostro Lounge for the night. But it had started so harmless!
"So you wanna have the Mostro Lounge for your birthday? Why?" Azul sat infront of Cater, who had walked in his office assisted by Jade, who had leaded him there. "For a pyjama party of course! Its the perfect place. Big enough for CayCay and US to party"
"Us?" Azul raised an eyebrow "Of course! I wanna invite everyone. Except the first years"
Jade perked up interested "oh? Why is that?" "Not much of a reason" Cater waved his hand dismissivly. "Just wanna have the OGs together" Azul leaning back in his chair. He could really profit from that. "Okay so one night yes? That would be lets sayyyy 10.000 Thunmark and we include snacks of course" Jade already smiling this creepy uneasy smile at Azuls offer "so benevolent of you Azul" Azul shrugged, really over exaggerated, both arms in the air. "Well what can i say the incidence changed me"
Cater had already expected that much money, soo. "Okay" Azul and Jade both looked at cater a bit speechless. They really didnt expected this. Both quickly grabbing their composure, Azul fixing is glasses to emphazise it for himself. "If its okay for you" he let a contract appear with his magic.
Cater sighed he had expected as much "Cant we just handle it normally. Caycay really dont wanna sign" Azul smiled knowingly. "Well its just standard stuff. If something breaks you pay for it and everything. And if you not, im getting your phone as secure of course" Cater instinctly clinged on it. His baby....Azul wouldnt... would he? nono he would 100% absolutely.
Still reculantly Cater grabbed the fish bone pen closing one eye as he signed. Azul eyes basically lighting up.
And there was Azuls first mistake.

The night of the party had started so well! Tabels away to make a big free space, Floyd in a good mood, no accidents! He shouldve been suspicious since then. But Azul? Blinded by money and opportunity.
Of course Cater was there, so were Riddle, Trey, Ruggy (Leona was invited but didnt came), Jade, Floyd, Kalim, Jamil (not that he wanted he just couldnt leave Kalim alone anyways), Vil, Rook, (Idia also dint came, as if..) Lilia, Silver, Malleus and Azul of course. Everyone in comfortable atire. And it was...calm. Too calm, before a hurricane calm. Yet Azul?
"Jamil you surly would be a addition to the board game club." He swooned after Jamil won his third round in tic tac toe against Trey who was now just getting something to drink.
Sure it was just a little X and O game but there is so much stradegy behind it! Thinking what the enemy is thinking, choosing the right place! Azul let out a sigh earnig a side glare from Jamil "Stop that"
"ehhhhhhh", Floyd leaned over Azul looking almost mockery pouty, "Sea Snake cant switch club! Hes too much fun to annoy~" Jamil still not fully knowing what to make out of this guy was just raising an eyebrow "Is that why you never play for more then 5 minutes?" "Noo basketball is boringly funny. Like tomatos" Floyd sigh leaning onto Azul who imeadiatly protested, trying to push the oversized eel off of him. "Floyd get down from me! Also what kind of comparison is that?!"

"So is this how pyjma partys work?" Malleus asked looking to Silver. He had just observed everything so far. It was messy but lively. Jamil Azul and Floyd having fun, maybe. Lilia was talking so excited with Kalim and Cater stood with Riddle suspiciously far from Floyd untill Riddle got in a conversation with Jade instead, Cater with Lilia and Kalim now.
Malleus was so glad to be invited. "Yes i guess so? The only pyjama i had when Father- uhm i mean Lilia let Sebek sleep at our place." Malleus rembered it, it had been so adorable, when he came in the morning and the two greedet him so tiredly, jet trying hard to be good knights, bowing to him hitting their heads against each other. He smiled at the memory "Lord Malleus are you alright?" Silver looked up and Malleus nodded "Im glad i got invited." A small soft smile layed on Silvers face at Malleus words. It was then when they heard way to loud snicker nearby.
Azul, Jamil and Floys looked too, because well, Kalim, Cater and Lilia seemed to have an idea. Eather the Mostro Lounge will burn or Azul could make a trillion. Eather way. No, to much of a risk
"Hey guys lets play spin the bottle!" Kalim yelled so happy making everybody looking at him. Trey, Jamil, Rook and Vil looked a bit confused, well everyone except Rook "My what a delightful idea! An absolute manifique idea! Kissing at such a lovly place!"
Riddle immediately getting stiff "Kissing?! Cater! This is highly inapropriate this not how a card soldier should act!"
Azul basically recoild in his self, Riddle was more then right. He would never do that
"Not like that! We play it with truth or dare!" Cater clarified. Yeah Azul would not do this eather. "What is this thruth or dare?" Malleus stepped to cater, rather curious. Riddle next to him, both equally cobfused "I never heard of that too" Cater sweating a bit holding his hands up in defense. "Okay basically you spin the bottly, you ask someone truth or dare. If the one beeing asked chooses Thruth, the one who spinned the bottle can question them anything and the one the bottle had land on has to answer honestly. By dare the one has to do something"
Riddle finding it childish but why not? It wasnt going against any rules, he just has to make sure no one lies.
And Malleus well "Rather a fun games you humans have created there, Silver do you-" he stopped looking behind him. Silver slept safe and sound on the ground "Fufufufuf dont worry i got this" Lilia walked to his son poking his cheek "silvaaaa silvaaaaa..."
While Lilia waked up Silver, Azul hated the idea! He had to do anything to not get dragged into this. To dangerous, you cant predict any of them. Especially not Jade or Floyd. Yet as he wanted to state he dosnt want to play "Come on!" And there he was dragged by Kalim in the circle.
How did this happend?! He sat there between Malleus and Kalim "But only two trutgs behind each other then the next one has to do dare" Azul wanted to argue against Cater, raising his hand slowly but Kalims "OAKY!" was louder then and faster him. Have they all just accepted it?! Playing a stupid game?!
His second mistake, this stupid game

As they started playing it was all so easy! Just say truth and lie anyway, if your able to choose truth at that, stupid rule!
Azul had been next to Malleus and Kalim right across him Jade. So far Azul hadnt been choosen by the bottle. Well it was easier to predict the bottle then it had been to predict the dice, yet still his accuracy was by 20% maybe less.
But then as Floyd spinned the bottle, his dare had been to swollow a fish whole wish was disgusting but Floyd did it without issue, as he spinned the bottle Azul knew it was landing on him, he just knew it. At least he could choose a truth now.
"Aaaazzzuuulll thruth or dare" "truth" Azul crossed his arms not even hesitating for a second. Stupid game. Why on earth would he chose dare? Emberessing himself in front of everybody. No truth was better. It should have at least.
"Ehhh? Azul so boriiinnnggg!!" Azul wanted to ignore it but then. Horror. Jade whisperd something to Floyd "H-hey is help allowed?!" Azul asked trying to stay composed. "It is" Jamil, in the other side of Kalin to smiled sharply, very amused. "It isnt going against the rules." Riddle agreed and Azul face got drained from every colour.
Floyds eyes lightening up "hehehe okay Azuuul then tell us the whole recipie to our new special drink!" Azul wanted to yell at him so bad. "My my, what a delictful question" Jade was acting like he had nothing to with it. Jade knew exactly that Azul would never say the recipie of their new popular strawberry drink.
Trey, next to Jade, already leaning slightly foreward the drink had been so well made, he was curious, the taste would be perfect fir a cake! Azul had worked so harfto create the strawberry coconut shake.
Azul groaned, why would he even put up with this damn eels?! Fixing his glasses, he had no other choice! "Dare" and floyd he did his stupid laugh. "Eeeehhhhhhh?! Hahahahahah Azul got fun again!" A deep sigh while Floyd thinking. "Hehehe sit on Sea Slugs lap!!" For a moment Azul hesitated not only because he had to SIT on someone but also, who was sea slug again?
"Uhm whos sea slug again?" Kalim asked, for him, amused earnig a slight laugh from Rook, who sat next to Floyd "Well i guess this Roi the dragon of course"
"You mean me?" Malleus thought about it, he had heard Floyd call him slea slug before, Sebek had been so angry "Oh Fufufufufu! That is fun. Come on Azul" Lilia, next to Malleus smiled presenting Malleus lap like a valuable artifact.
"What im not doing that!" Azul stated with wide eyes, Floyd was so unpredictable. Maybe he could pretend to be sick? But that could be used against him and seen as chickening out...an both could damage his repuation. But it was more of a damage to not be on good terms with the future king of Briar valley.
Malleus almost looked offended "Why not?" He wanted to be part of the fun and Azul denying it? Mean, especially because he wasnt choosen by the bottle so far. Wait if Azul sit on his lap, would they both be choosen.
Azul looked at him a bit speechless. Malleus was into it too?! He couldnt be serious. But by the way Malleus looked at him. "You seriously okay with that?!"
"Certanly. By all means please feel free to do" Malleus sayed as it was just usual to him. Yet he was pretty excited he could play too! He wanted to participate in the game so baldy.
Azul looked up to Malleus like trying to decipher if he was being serious or not. Because this was the worst possible outcome! He could never refuse it if Malleus was into it.
"Ugh can you just do it already?! In an hour we have to go to bed!" Vil stated, sitting way to elegantly between Ruggy and Rook. "Huh why in an hour?" Ruggy asked confused, it wasnt that late. "Because beauty sleep? And i already did my skincare"
Azul meanehile stared further at Malleus "what is now chickening out Shshshshahshs?" Ruggy smiled, if he wouldve been in Azul case he would have cryed! Stupid hyena with chickennuggets in his pocket. Giving the last dignity he had away, he sat up. Earning a slight huffing laugh from Jade. Azul snapped his head to him, Jade of course pretending to just clear his throat. Oh he would make the two work their fins off!!!
"You sure its okay?" Azul asked again. Lilia just grabbed Azuls arm pulling him on Malleus lap, damn he was strong for his buils! "Appointed! Malleus sayed he is fine with it! Otherwise he wouldnt have stated that!" Lilia smiled. Silver, between Lilia and Riddle, had fallen from Lilias shoulder, now waking up. Seeing Azul on Malleus lap. "Uhm? I missed something i guess?"
Azul now sitting fully on Malleus lap, was stiff! But he imeadiatly noticed....Malleus was...warm and comfortable, the silk clothing Malleus were wearing were so soft.
Malleus didnt looked as uncomfortable, it was just, that much touch he wasnt used too, but he was glad to be included in the game.
As Azul spinned the bottle he tryed so hard to land on Floyd making him pay, instead he landed on Cater. He was also at fault, on his situation, was his party after all. "Cater!!" Kalim and Lilia laughed "Truth" Cater hummed making Azul only more angry. Without really realising Azul leaned a bit back.
What to ask Cater? He could ask by how much money he has! Or no better "For what do you usually spend your money?" Jade shook his head amused typical Azul. "What else to expect from Roi de effort" Rook hummed, Azul crossing his arms. "Well i guess Phone accessoires and gacha games?" Azul looked up, Gacha games.... Idia had mentioned it before but he had never payed much atention to it. "Gacha ga-" "My turn!" Cater grabbed the bottle spinning it.
When Azul had asked the question, he had leaned forward, without realizing. Malleus had instinctively layed a hand on Azuls waist. "So thin..." Malleus thought.
Azul hadnt noticed he huffed crossing his Arms leaning back slighy, ge was pouting a bit. He had to google Gacha later! He had been so occupied, it was only then when the game continued, he noticed again. He was leaning against Malleus Draconia and even worse he had a hand on his waist!
Imeadiatly Azul stiffend up again much to Malleus displeasure. Because he was really enjoying this. Azul had the same height as Silver so he found it so amusing! It was like having Silver on his lap. Just taht Azul was less trained and smelled better. He leaned a bit down sniffing on Azuls hair, he couldnt identify the small
"What the hell is happening?!" Azul thought. The game so far out of his focus because was Malleus sniffing his hair?!! No nope uncomfortable! Oh god how emberessing. "You smell good" Malleus whisperd making Azul bright red but also a bit proud. He had mixed the shampoo himself "Thank you" was all Azul answerd. For Malleus that was more then enough. It was so simple and normal. Perfect. Azul slowly starting to relax again.
As the game went on and on Azul got more and more comfortable. Malleus was big and warm. It reminded him of his little container he had as a child, were he hid in when everything was too much. So as it was Lilias turn, Azul sat more relaxed on Malleus lap, then at the beginning, his eyes slowly falling shut. But he quickly opend them again. He would not fall asleep here! Not on Malleus lap. That would kill his dignity for good. "Comfortable?" Jade asked mockingly earning a glare from Azul.
The bottle had picked Ruggy. And while Ruggy was listing everything off he ever stole. Azuls eyes fell shut again. He leaned back a bit more, now fully against Malleus chest. Malleus had payed great attention to the game. He wanted to be it too. He had almost forgotten Azul on his lap only when he felt him against his chest he looked down for a little moment but only gald that Azul felt so comfortable. It was almost like a little cat, unaware of what he really was doing he moved a hand to Azuls hair starting to stroke it while listening to Ruggy again. The guy was a manace. Lilia glanced at them from the side smiling very amused. It was a cute sight. Very adorable, with Azul slowly falling asleep. Like Silver, who was by now out of the game for a while. He had fell asleep the whole time, so Lilia had dragged him over the floor to his sleeping bag. Not fully in it, more laying silver on top.
Azul was so comfortable. His hair getting petted, Malleus was warm and big, he tryed to stay awake he really did but....he was out like a light in seconds.
It didnt took long for Malleus to notice, Azul has got completly limp againat him. He now also noticed he had petted Azuls hair. He quickly removed his hands but As Azul almost fell over, he quikly wrapped an arm around Azuls waist.
"Oh fufufufu how adorable. He seems comfortable with you" Lilia snickert to him, Ruggy still going on with his list.
"Seems so....is that good?" Malleus asked him looking down to Azul. He wasnt looking that exhausting while sleeping. Honestly kinda cute even. "Depends on you" Lilia answerd with a smirk. A simular smitk that Jade had, Azul suprised him every time! Falling asleep on one of the 5 strongest magic users in the world? Impressive. He pulled his phone out. Unlucky Malleus noticed that Jade was about to take a picture so he used a bit of magic to make a black blob infront of Jades camera. Jade closed his eyes disincurraged, he had wanted some blackmail material.
But a way to fast click click click "i cant belive it. Azul fell asleep! I never saw him sleep!" Cater had already took 10 picturs. And thanks to that, everyone was looking at them now.
"He is capable if sleep?" Ruggy asked genuinly suprised. "Of course Azul sleeps? Just not much." Floyd shrugged but grinning. "Hehehe i wanna squeeze him" imeadiatly malleus tightend his hold on Azul somehow protective. He never understood the Octavinelle dynamic. "What a stupid thing to say, of course he sleeps. He once fell asleep on me too" everyone looked at Riddle who had sat between Silver and Cater. "What?" Riddle looked unimpressed.
Vil sighed "Let him sleep, hes simply out. Lay him somewhere and lets play further" Vil waved his hand dismissvly.
Malleus hesitated....he wanted to keep Azul on his lap, as unexpected help came to his rescue, Floyd. "Just let him on Malleus lap, otherwise he might wake up and none of us will hear tbe end of it. 'Sign that contract to never talk about it!'" Floyddid the last scentence in his best Azul impression. And well all agreed
Malleus nodded too "i concure, he can stay its no issue" so he got to hold Azul further, even going so far to lay his head on Azuls.
