Chapter Text
Getting captured was something Alisa Silvermane wasn't a stranger to, but was something she despised all the same. It made her father's goons view her as an annoying nuisance nepo baby they had to drop everything and rescue. And while her father claimed she had his respect, she knew these kidnappings always made him view her as 'daddy's little' villain; someone in need of protection and whom he wouldn't fully take seriously. It made her proud then how she was able to turn the circumstances of Hammerhead's abduction of her to her advantage and now she was the one with a hostage; namely New York's friendly neighborhood Spider-Man. Her father would be pleased...but as she flew the helicopter back to base with the unconscious webhead in tow a rather insatiable curiosity started to form.
Her father's words had been clear. Unmasking Spider-Man was a privilege reserved for him. Yet what her father doesn't know won't hurt her. She gave a wide smirk once her mind was made up and after being sure she was a safe distance from where she left Hammerhead, Alisa landed on a building’s rooftop and pulled Spider-Man out from the chopper.
She laid him in the ground and felt her heart hammer in her chest as she reached forward to remove his mask. It’s not like she could do anything with the information of his identity since they were going to wipe him out anyway, but still, the idea of disobeying her father like this gave Alisa a rush of excitement she hadn’t felt in a long time. She gripped Spider-Man’s mask, swiftly pulled it off, and her jaw proceeded to drop.
“Peter,” she gasped.
Part of her didn’t want to believe it, but the more she thought about it, the more it made sense. How she saw Spider-Man enter Dr. Connor’s office and then Peter appeared right after the Tablet of Time was stolen. Him missing their date and then Spider-Man appearing. Heck, the similarity of their voices became painfully obvious to her. She almost felt embarrassed not connecting those dots. Much to her surprise, however, she also felt a little disappointed. Not that finding out Spider-Man was Peter was an anticlimax, but what it meant for her classmate.
“Such a shame my father will have to destroy you, Parker. I liked you,” she said reaching down to stroke his cheek.
Her pale white fingers just made contact with his skin when his eyes snapped open and he leapt back from her. Alisa grabbed hold of her gun ready to stun him again, but held her fire; something was wrong.
“Oh, my head,” Peter groaned and looked in her direction, spotting her weapon. “Don’t shoot! I don’t want any trouble!”
“Too bad. Trouble has a way of finding you,” she said raising up the gun.
“I don’t even know who you are! I…I don’t even know who I am!” He shouted.
Alisa kept her weapon aimed, but didn’t shoot. She remembered Peter hitting his head when he collapsed after she shot him, but surely this had to be a game he was playing…but why would he? He could easily subdue her if he wanted. Not to mention, he wasn’t acting like someone that had just been unmasked. A rather sinister smile graced her lips. This could be greater than anything her father had planned.
Peter approached her, but a wave of dizziness made him stumble. Alisa ran forward and caught Peter, holding him steady.
“Wait…Peter?” She pretended to gasp. “Oh my God, I’m so sorry. I couldn’t tell it was you in the dark.”
“You know who I am?” Peter asked.
“Of course I do. I’m your girlfriend after all,” she said giving him a hug.
“M-my girlfriend?” Peter stammered.
“Yes,” she replied like it was obvious.
Peter looked Alisa over and there was something familiar about her that he couldn’t place.
“Hey. What happened to you?” Alisa feigned ignorance.
“I don’t know,” he said rubbing his head. “Everything feels so dizzying for me now.”
“Don’t worry, I’ve got you,” Alisa said keeping him up.
“If you’re my girlfriend, then why are we both up here? And why did you feel the need to aim a gun at me before you saw who I was?” Peter asked.
“It’s a long story, but right now, I need to get you someplace safe. Do you think you can walk?”
“I-I think so,” he replied. “Wait. My name. What’s my name?”
Alisa gave him a smile. “It’s Peter, now we should really get moving.” She tried to move Peter towards the helicopter, but he remained motionless.
“What’s wrong?” She asked, hoping his memory wasn’t suddenly returning. “Don’t you trust me?”
“Would you if you were in my position? This is a lot to take in,” Peter pointed out.
“Smart. That’s what I’ve always liked about you,” she complimented. An idea came to her and she moved herself closer into Peter’s space.
“If you won’t believe me at my word.” She raised a hand and cupped the side of Peter’s face. “Maybe you’ll believe this,” and she leaned forward and kissed him.
Peter’s fingers twitched when their lips touched, and then his arms almost instinctively wrapped themselves around Alisa’s waist.
It had been a gamble on her part to try something like that and part of her wasn’t expecting it to work, but when Peter took her in his arms, and matched her kiss for kiss, she was certain she was pulling him into her web. She had wanted to do this ever since she first saw Peter and now things couldn’t be more spicy. She felt her foot pop when Peter’s tongue entered her mouth and slid against hers and it was like her breath was taken away.
Their lips separated, both panting from the seriousness of the kiss they shared. Alisa couldn’t help it and leaned forward to lick Peter’s lips and smiled at the feeling is his body shuddering.
“I, uh, don’t know your name,” he sheepishly realized and Alisa giggled.
“It’s Alisa,” she said giving him another kiss.
“Lead on, Alisa,” he said and they made their way to the helicopter. Peter unsure of a lot right now except one thing; the undeniable attraction he felt towards Alisa.
