Chapter Text
Sun always loved the ocean, his and his brother’s parents were marine biologists so they was raised near it. They’re parents always let them tag along when going to the sea. The twins know everything about the ocean thanks to their parents, they own jetskis and love riding on them, but they also live swimming in the ocean. Their parents always let them come with when they had work to do in the ocean, Sun always found it fun, Moon on the other hand hated it, he was more of an inside person.
One day, when they were 18, their parents didn’t let them come, Sun was upset but he understod. Moon cheered him up with riding their jetskis. Their parents boat didn’t come back for a month, it normally doesn’t take that long, but Sun and Moon can take care of themselves. They drove with their jetskis around, they swam in the ocean with their swimming gear, Moon didn’t swim as much but Sun did, the fish seemingly taken a liking to him. He played with the sharks, and swam with them a little, till it got dark and he had to go to sleep.
Another month later their parents ship came back, slightly damaged, Sun and Moon didn’t notice the damage at first but as they ran to his they slowed their run and saw their dad come out oft he ship, looking terrible. The twins looked at eachother, terrified, they ran to their dad, who saw them come and embraced them tightly as they reached him.
The twins realised what happened, they hugged their dad back, their legs gave out and they now sat on the ground as they cried together. A whale slammed against the boat during a storm making their mom fell to the water but before she reached it she hit her head hard on the boat meaning she couldn’t be saved.
A few days later Sun went out on the ocean with his jetski, to get away from the sorrow in their house, but also to feel the wind and to smell the ocean. Sun closed his eyes for a moment but it was already to late when he opened his eyes again, he could still turn his jetski so it wouldn’t hurt as much but he did slam into a rock destroying his jetski, knocking him unconscious and he fell into the ocean.
A cookie cutter shark heard the crash and saw a human floating in the water.
