"naturepool?"
"coming, lunabloom!" naturepool yelled softly, looking for the flower smallcloud gave him. hes always so kind to me! i wonder where i left it, though...
oh! here it is, i didnt see it there! naturepool slightly chuckled— how clumsy of him! happens to the best of us, though. naturepool ran to lunabloom, who was licking lifemixes fur gently. he looked up at naturepool and groaned- not in an angry way, but more of a sibling way. "finally, your here! you always take so long, it feels like im in starclan by now!" his brother seemed annoyed, but naturepool knew he was very excited to go on hunting patrol with him, like how he was excited to go with his brother aswell.
"well, well be going out for patrol now, lifemix. see you!" lunabloom trotted excitedly. they were ready to get lots of fish for riverclan!
"oh, great."
lunabloom grunted, displeased with the state of the water. there, the twolegs had polluted the damn river again.
it really pissed him off. and naturepool looked mad, too. only thing is that he looked a bit more calm. "hunting might be hard, but im sure itll be better downstream."
he was right, thank starclan. now they could get to hunting!
he put his snout down the river, in hopes to find a trout or two. looking for fish, a weird taste came in the ocean.
a trout swam quickly down, but lunabloom caught it just in time. he realized the water was grtting slightly polluted, aswell. stupid twolegs!
naturepool managed to catch 2 fish, and lunabloom only caught 1. "that was awful, and its all because of those twolegs polluting the water..." he sighed, looking at lunabloom.
naturepool and his brother walked back to camp, dissatisfied, but atleast they had gotten their catches instesd of getting nothing. i would have cried if i got nothing. naturepool sighed. thank starclan, he caught one for smallcloud, too!
he dropped the catches with lunabloom, and the cats were already eating. there, smallcloud was eating a mouse alone. poor smallcloud! naturepool though, frowning at how he was eating alone. my prickly brother, blazevine must have been picking on him again. he sighed; his brother had to stop with that! he sighed, he could get to that later, but for now, naturepool would eat some prey with his mate best friend!
"hey, smallcloud!" naturepool greeted smallcloud, dropping the prey to the spot next to him. smallclouds ears perked up, a warm smile glowing through his face. "hey, naturepool." he seemed to always be so happy when he was around, and so was naturepool! smallcloud was a great friend, being there by his side forever,
and then, eating the prey, they knew the comfortable silence of the two while the rest of the clan chattered was good enough for them. he was overjoyed, doing these small things together!
hopefully, he could do this again with smallcloud.
