Chapter Text

Aria is normal.

At least, she thinks she is.

<>

It was just another normal day at school, classes were boring, math was torture and the day was overall slow.

Aria was walking through the hallway, trying to ignore the weird feeling of being watched.

Why am I so worried about this? There's nothing to be worried about. . .

Oh, wait, I have a SCIENCE TEST TODAY!!!

The feeling of dread crawled up into her stomach, absentmindedly twirling and pulling at her raven-brown hair.

She started walking faster, trying to get to class early so she could study for at least a few minutes.

Lost in her thoughts, Aria ran right into someone.

"Oh my goodness I'm so sorry" squeaked Aria "I wasn't looking where I was going. . ."

"That's just fine dear, are you okay?"

Aria looked up to see a woman with snow white hair and deep blue eyes.

That's weird, I haven't seen her here before. Is she a substitute?

"Y-yeah, I'm good."

Embarrassed, Aria quickly got up, apologized again, and took off towards her class.

<>

I totally failed that

Aria had studied for two minutes before taking the test. After, she quickly jotted down what looked right and had accepted her fate.

She trudged through the rest of her classes, just wanting to go home.

Thankfully, the end of the day came quickly after that.

She was standing in the line, waiting for her parents to come get her, when she heard something.

"ARIA!!!!!!"

Oh boy

She looked towards the sound to see (not surprisingly) her little sister. Emerly was running toward her, her chocolate brown hair bouncing in her pigtails. She was two years younger than Aria, but had twice the energy that her older sister had.

"Aria!! I got a whole FIVE POINTS on my math test!!!!" Her green eyes shinning as she reached Aria.

The only thing similar about the sisters was their lack of math smarts. Otherwise, you couldn't tell they were siblings. Emerly's wardrobe was a pair of blue jeans scrunched up and the bottom and a red t-shirt with a yellow lightning bolt coming from the corner, topped off with a pair of red and yellow roller-blades also adorned with lightning bolts. Aria, on the other hand, wore a simple grey t-shirt and rolled up jean shorts, knee-high white socks and plain black shoes.

Aria often tried to wear clothes that were as plain as possible, to distract people from her heterochromia. Most people were slightly unnerved at the fact that her right eye was bright amber and her left was a pale blue. Although she tried to deny it, people's stares were driving her insane.

"YO ARIA, BEEP! BEEP! IT'S TIME TO GO!!!"

Aria winced at her sister's sudden outburst, only then noticing that Emerly was already halfway to their parents' car.

"Coming!"

The rest of the night was relatively calm, until it wasn't.

"Today's lunch was boring because SOMEONE TOOK MY MAC AND CHEESE FROM THE FRIDGE!! IT HAD MY NAME ON IT AND IT WAS THE LAST ONE!!!!!!!! I had to have a stinking juicy, healthy APPLE instead.">:(

After hearing her sister's crazed rambling, Aria looked towards her dad, whose face told her everything.

Yep, I know who took Emerly's food alright.

Not wanting to get caught up in the drama that was bound to happen, Aria headed up to her room.

"Make sure to set your alarm, hun, you've got practice in the morning" her mom called up after her.

"Don't worry, I'll set it when I get up there," Aria replied.

I am done with today.

After setting her alarm, Aria crawled into a beanbag chair, laid back, and closed her eyes.

- only for her to get her face sat on by a cat.

"MARSHMALLOW" Aria scolded the cat, whose big blue eyes were looking down on her with a mischievous gleam.

She pushed the (ironically) fluffy black cat off of her face, a slight smile on her face.

Later that night, at around 10:26, Aria somehow found herself stargazing on top of the roof. Her balcony was right below where she was laying. She always stayed relatively close to the part of the roof that overlooked her balcony, just in case she were to slip.

Looking up at the stars, she quickly located Orion and the big and little Dippers. The sky was very clear tonight, and Aria was bathed in moonlight. She laid on the roof, taking in the beautiful sight for what seemed like ages.

Okay, it's time to go in now

Aria stood up to start making her way down to her balcony.

Suddenly, it felt like something was pulling her forward - or rather, pushing her.

Aria shut her eyes, trying to calm down and steady herself. She started to slip-

The sensation of falling was kind of calming, then Aria registered what was happening. Wind rushed passed Aria's face, making her open her eyes.

Her surroundings were not what she expected.

Below her, a entire city was splayed out, blinking lights and cars putting down streets.

What the heck? WHERE THE HELL AM I!?!?!?

Only then did she realize that the ground was coming up on her. Panic took over and Aria did her best to curl herself up in a ball.

I'm gonna die I'm gonna die I'm gonna die I'm gonna die I'm gonna die I'm gonna die I'm gonna die I'm gonna die

Aria's head was fuzzy. There was a throbbing pain in the back of her head. She could barely see what was going on. There was a black van in front of her. Is that what I landed on? Aria couldn't register what they were saying, but there were two men getting out of the truck. Confusion and panic on their faces. Is his hair fricking pink?
Her vision started to fade, blurring everything together.

Then there was nothing but darkness.

Notes:

Ello peeps!

This is my first fanfic, so please forgive me if I didn't make everything clear. Anyways, the next chapter will be a different person's POV. *cough* *cough* Tommy *cough* This takes place right after Tommy's first Syndicate meeting, so he doesn't know anyone's identities yet.

Keep in mind that the original fanfic, Tommyinnit's Clinic for Super Villains (TCFSV), is not mine. The main story plot and characters are made by bonesandthebees. TCFSV is a fanfic based on the DreamSMP. It's REALLY good so please check it out before reading the rest of my fanfic. This takes place around chapter 11 if I remember right, let me know if I'm wrong.

Please feel free to give suggestions on how different meetings should go between Aria and the other characters. The outline of this story had been on my mind for a while now and I finally decided to write it.

Thx for reading this!
