Every night at 8 p.m. Lynae returns home to her little apartment, lazily goes to the kitchen and takes a look at her almost empty fridge to decide which cheap ready-to-eat meal she can eat.
At 9 p.m. she takes a quick shower and changes into a comfier but worn out shirt and pants she can use as pajamas for the night. After that, she goes to bed thinking about how she still has to pay her electricity bill and take care of a pair of commissions she would have never asked for if she was in a better situation.
By 10 p.m. The lights in her little room keep tingling as if they were haunted and her brain just remembered she has to get the laundry done soon before mountains of clothes start occupying her chairs.
However, she keeps looking at the screen on her phone looking through the newest seasonal clothing she can’t even think of getting until 11 p.m. letting out a small smile while she imagines herself in the clothes she sees. Not long after, her eyes start closing due to the tiredness and she finally puts down the phone and finally goes to sleep.
Even though she is trying to change it by recommendation of Lucilla and Luuk, at 10 p.m. Professor Mornye is usually revising the different projects she’s in charge of. She has to be sure everything is running smoothly and sending messages to her collaborators in case it was necessary, it almost always, is as per her opinion.
At 11 p.m. she spares half an hour to go through her Academy mail to answer student questions over deadlines, class doubts and futile tries of delaying the next exam. Her eyes start watering a bit signaling she’s spent too much time on the computer for the day, she takes off her glasses and turns off her laptop.
By 12 p.m. She reads the draft of ideas she has noted down on a little notebook she carries with her for next papers and reunions with the Collective regarding her projects.
At 1 a.m. her eyes start giving up and it’s the final sign for her to go to sleep before she wakes up the next day too tired to perform during the day.
At 8:30 p.m, Lynae and Mornye get home together, Lynae starts going through their fridge to plan for dinner, fruits, vegetables and all kinds of food are at her disposal to try one of those recipes she’s seen in social media. Mornye quickly checks her email before going to the kitchen to ensure her wife doesn’t burn it down.
Around 9:15 p.m. Mornye turns on the living room's TV so they can continue that series they had agreed on watching together that month while they have dinner. Mornye makes sure to compliment and kiss Lynae as a thank you for making dinner that night.
By 10:20 p.m they are getting ready to go to bed, Lynae playfully pokes her while they are brushing their teeth which earns a little groan from the older who will not doubt in returning the gesture while they are going through their respective skin care routines.
By 10:35 p.m they are in their stupidly romantic shared pyjamas
At 11 p.m they are both quietly sharing their bed with Mornye reading a book and Lynae going through her phone occasionally tapping her to show her either a very stupid video or a very cheesy one she would accompany by saying “look, it’s Us!”
At 12 p.m. Mornye sets her alarm for the next day and nuzzles with her wife hugging her urging her to leave the phone on the nightstand and sleep to be ready for the next day so they won’t arrive late to work.
At 12:05 p.m. Mornye and Lynae kiss each other good night and cuddle up finally prepared to sleep.
