Yes, it has been years since I've written on this wonderful app, and now I am making my return. I recently binge-read all of Yona of the Dawn and became obsessed! So I thought I would write a fanfiction made up of four stories for each of the Dragon Warriors :D
(life update: I graduated from college with a degree in filmmaking!)
***IMPORTANT INFORMATION***
-SPOILERS FOR THE ENDING OF YONA OF THE DAWN. All stories take place post-ending.
-All these stories are fictional and not canon to the Yona of the Dawn manga.
- These are four independent stories. You do not have to read all of them/in order to understand each story. Zeno's story does have a reference from the other stories, but it's not plot-relevant.
- Having said that, it would mean a lot if you gave each story a try. I worked hard to make each unique and well-written!
-These stories contain heavy topics, including abuse, discrimination, and death. Trigger warnings will be added at the beginning of each story and at explicit chapters.
- All female leads are written as F/N. I made this decision because I didn't want to write these characters as OCs or as 2nd person. I tried to make the F/N's appearances as ambiguous as possible for the reader to imagine who they would like! The F/n does use Female pronouns.
-Some physical features are relevant to the plot. For example: Gija's F/L is assumed to HAVE HAIR. So if you are bald...sorry (have the F/n wear a wig or something.)
-I use dashes, colons, and semicolons in my writing. I DID NOT USE AI TO WRITE THIS. FUCK AI.
- Some canon plot points from the original series may be changed. I will make an author's note for transparency.
-I'm posting this story on Wattpad and Tumblr as well. I do not give permission to copy this story on other websites.
***STORIES SYNOPSIS***
Complete - WHITE LIES- Ki-ja finds himself back in the White Dragon. With his powers gone, his daily life is less strict, but one thing that hasn't changed is Granny's attempt to marry him off. Overwhelmed by her bombardment, he meets a girl who is also trying to escape her own fate. Maybe together they can think of something mutually beneficial.
Currently Updating- BLUE BAYOU- Shin-ha - While keeping her poor village afloat, a girl finds Sin-ha injured from a sandstorm. After tending him back to health, Sin-ha wants to repay her somehow, but all she wants is for him to leave her alone.
WORK IN PROGRESS- GREEN SLEEVES- Jae-Ha - Jae-ha is sent on a secret mission in South Kai. He is to infiltrate the red light district and uncover a scheme to distribute Nadai, but he needs a partner; someone to pass as a Geisha. What happens when the one girl to volunteer is also madly in love with him?
WORK IN PROGRESS- GOLDEN GATES- Zeno- Aimlessly wandering the Capital with no ambition, Zeno discovers a girl who looks exactly like someone he knew hundreds of years ago.
