Over and over and over again,
The timeline repeats and never ends.
This cage I’m in will never break,
And I am left in your wake.
As snow and dust begin to meet,
A far too kind skull at your feet.
He came to you with open arms,
If only he knew that you meant harm.
So here I am, and here I’ll stay,
Locked in this game you want to play.
For if I flee, or fight, or spare,
Your interest will pique and cause despair.
So here I stand in the snow,
Far too close to our home.
I’ll break the rules, to break this game,
And maybe be able to stop this pain.
As my bones are stained in red,
I find too much pleasure that you are dead.
Determination buzzes in my soul,
This run surely has taken its toll.
I looked back at what I wanted to protect,
And its barren, dead, too painful retrospect.
I should have known, I’d never win,
That this is a game, full of sin.
So take my warning, for what I must tell,
Children like you, should be burning in hell.
