It was a typical day in hollow stalls. Dawn was checking the stock, and Nerva was sitting at the till, a hand resting on their head as they looked bored out of their mind. Nerva then noticed something in the middle of the shop floor. It was Phoebe’s witch hat, and Nerva said to Dawn, “Hey, Mum! Phoebe left her hat lying on the floor.” Dawn then turned around and said, “Seriously, someone could trip on this!” Dawn walked over, picked it up, and said, “There will be no lawsuits over people tripping today, “ and placed the hat on the till counter.
Nerva stared at the hat for a second and then thought to themselves, “I wonder how deep that pocket dimension goes “, and Nerva grabbed the hat, turned it around, and placed their hand inside the hat. Suddenly, they started to feel an intense pull from phoebe’s hat as their body began to be sucked inside,
Nerva then said, “shit! Mum, a little help here?” Dawn grabbed hold of Nerva's other arm and tried to pull them away, and Nerva tried to pull themselves out of the hat as well, but each attempt just led to them being sucked further in. Soon, both Dawn and Nerva were sucked into the hat.
Both Dawn and Nerva wake up on a small floating island in the middle of a vast void of nothingness just black space from far as the eye can see, except for the fact that their was a large amount of items all around them in the hat, all stuff that Phoebe put in their from a toy car, all the way to her grimoire and potions and even a large speaker.
Nerva stood up and said “whelp at least I got my wand” and they then put their hand into their pocket but felt no wand “shit I don’t have my wand” Dawn placed her hands on her hips and said “guess we gotta find another way out ” dawn walked towards Nerva and noticed that gravity in here was lower it felt like she was walking on the moon. “huh maybe we could use a piece of junk in here to get out” Nerva then responded with “and what junk could be useful? Phoebe doesn’t exactly pack stuff like that into her hat”
Dawn looked up at the sky and noticed a giant hole in the sky that showed the ceiling of the shop. Dawn then said, “Well, our exit is up there, so” Dawn then looked around and smirked when she found it “, Ah ha! There we go, our ticket out of here” Dawn walked over and grabbed two fire extinguishers.
Nerva then said “really like that will help us” Dawn then added “Nerva Never doubt the usefulness of a good fire extinguisher” Dawn then handed one over to Nerva and Nerva grabbed it then dawn said “we can use these to propel ourselves forward and out of the hat” Nerva rolled their eyes “this better work mum” dawn and Nerva held the fire extinguisher’s and turned them on they then both started to propel themselves upwards and were about to reach the top of hat when the fire extinguishers started to fizzle out. Nerva and Dawn both let go of the fire extinguishers and jumped forward. They managed to reach the outside of the hat.
The duo landed on the floor of hollow stalls and got up Dawn then said “maybe I should ask phoebe if I can use that hat to store some inventory extra storage space would be useful” Nerva shook their head and said “I think its best if we leave the hat alone” Dawn sighed and said “oh well that would’ve been useful “ soon the familiar bell chime of hollow stalls door rang and phoebe entered the shop.
She then walked forward and picked up her hat from the till counter and said, “There you are! I was wondering where I put you,” She then placed the hat on her head and turned to face Dawn.
“Now that my break is over, Mum, what should I do to help out?” she asked, all the while Phoebe was unaware of the adventure that took place inside her hat.
