Carameleon was sitting upon a tree branch waiting for the group to returned, he was slightly annoyed with how long it was taking them to leave Shadow Milk's spire. Carameleon flinched when he heard the Spire fall, Carameleon jumped up and started running around looking for them.
"HEY!!!.....PURE VANILLA??? STRAWBERRY??? WIZARD??......GINGERBRAVE!??! GINGERBRAVE WHERE ARE YOU!?!" Carameleon's voice cracked as he yelled for them.
Strawberry was coughing, "C-Carameleon? Is that you?" she stood up, "W-where's GingerBrave and the others?"
Wizard stood up, he picked up his hat, Pure Vanilla sat up and grabbed his flower staff, "Is everyone okay?" Pure vanilla asked checking if anyone had injures.
Carameleon blinked, "Wheres GingerBrave!? Where is he!?" Carameleon looked around, he got on his knees and started digging through the rubble.
"...OVER HERE!!!" GingerBrave yelled, he was trying to pry his leg free with his candy cane, "My leg got stuck in between the rubble when the Spire fell" Carameleon run over to help free GingerBrave's leg.
Pure Vanilla ran over, "GingerBrave are you all right? Is your foot okay?" Pure Vanilla checked GingerBrave's foot.
GingerBrave let Pure Vanilla look at his foot, "Yeah I'm okay!" GingerBrave gave Pure Vanilla a soft simile.
Carameleon hoofed, "You're not okay! You could have gotten hurt! Then what was I supposed to do now that my resting spot was dead! You need to be more careful!!"
Wizard whispered to Strawberry, "Much of a drama queen isn't he?", Strawberry nodded at Wizard's comment even though it was rude, but Carameleon was being a little dramatic, GingerBrave was fine his leg was just slightly scared.
GingerBrave sighed, "You can't alway's rest on my head! I'm not your chair!" GingerBrave crossed his arms at Carameleon, Carameleon gasped feeling offended about GingerBrave stating that to his face.
"Fine! Then I guess you don't need me to guide you!" Carameleon turned his back and started walking away.
"FINE! WE NEVER ASKED YOU TO JOIN US ANYWAY!!!" GingerBrave shouted as Carameleon was walking away, Carameleon stopped and turned around, he had tears falling down his face, "FINE! FIND YOUR WAY WITHOUT ME!!" Carameleon shouted back before running off.
GingerBrave felt guilty when he saw Carameleon cry, "WAIT CARAMELEON!!!" GingerBrave ran after him. Wizard, Strawberry, and Pure Vanilla follwed GingerBave to help him look for Carameleon.
Carameleon was staring into a pond, Pure Vanilla had found Carameleon, he sat down beside him, "...Is everything okay?"
Carameleon scoffed, "Peachy" Carameleon huffed, "Just Peachy"
Pure Vanilla frowned at Carameleon's tone, he was sassy like he normally was, "...Carameleon...GingerBrave didn't mean it, he's been though a lot in the Spire.....please he didn't want to make you cry..."
Carameleon breathed slowly, "...He didn't?" Pure Vanilla nodded, "...I see...." Carameleon blushed slightly thinking about how GingerBrave kind of looked cute when he was mad, Pure Vanilla noticed.
"...Are you Blushing Carameleon?" Pure Vanilla titled his head, "Are you Blushing about....GingerBrave?"
Carameleon's face went red, "NO!!!!, HE'S ANNOYING, CALLED ME CUTE AND THINKS HE CAN GET AWAY WITH IT! I HATE HIM, HE'S UGLY" that last past was a clear lie.
"I'm the one who holds the light of truth, I can tell if you're lying, and right now...your face is red" Pure Vanilla pointed at Carameleon's face, "You have a crush on him"
"CRUSH!?! ON HIM!? NOOOOO!!!, I'd rather eat dirt! Then be in love with him!" Carameleon crossed his arms, his face was still burning red.
Pure Vanilla giggled, "If you say so", GingerBrave, Wizard, and Strawberry found Pure Vanilla and Carameleon.
"Carameleon!! I'm sorry!" GingerBrave ran and hugged Carameleon, Carameleon's face got redder, GingerBrave didn't notice he was too busy hugging Carameleon, 'I'm sorry!!" Carameleon patted Gingerbrave's back nervously as GingerBrave kept apologizing.
Wizard blinked, Strawberry giggled understanding why Carameleon's face was red even if he'd never admit it. Wizard coughed, "So, are we going to move on?"
Carameleon nodded, "Yes!! yes lets go!!" Carameleon jumped onto GingerBrave's head and turned into his Chameleon form, "Lets go before it gets weird!" Carameleon's heart was jumping as he rested on GingerBrave's head.
GingerBrave grabbed his candy cane, "Onward then!!"
