How do I (18M) get my boyfriend’s (17M) family to like me even though we are from rival “teams”?
Me and my bf have been going steady for about half a year now and it has been great for the most part, except there is one problem, his family has no idea I’m dating him.
Our family, team things(?) are not on exactly good terms and all the past times I’ve interacted with his family have mostly been hostile. Usually I wouldn’t really care if his family likes me but it has been really stressing him out lately. He also thinks very highly of his mentor (father?) and I am kinda worried about him ending things with me because his mentor disapproves of me.
So does anyone have any advice on how to get them to like me without full on announcing we’re in a relationship.

He does have siblings but they both genuinely hate my guts

Update:
Okay so I listen to the advice and decide to bribe his younger brother with some candy. It went well (I think). So we were fighting right and I thought It would be a great time to bribe him so I brought out some of the candy I was stashing. He was running so I had to catch him to give it to his but the little shit would stay still long enough for me to offer him some.
Eventually I caught and tackled him but started thrashing around so I had to give him a good old bonk on the brain cage and apparently that was enough to knock him out. So I tided him up and waited for him to wake up. After what felt like forever he woke up.
He was NOT happy he was screaming and yelling at me a bunch. It got really annoying so I just shoved a piece of candy in his mouth. It shut him up so I was finally able to propose my offer. I told him if he put in a good about me to his and Zanka's mentor I'd give him a bunch more candy. He was a bit of an ass about it at first he eventually agreed. I think I'm set BUT if you have any more advice PLEASE give it because if this doesn't go well then I might be cooked.

Update (not really)
This is just to answer a question I've been getting a lot. NO I can not stop fighting his family and YES it is because of the team thing. At this point it's just a rule a nature. Birds fly, fish swim and I have to fight my bf's family.
