Work Text:
Parker stood in his room, staring at his wall. Specifically his picture wall.
There were photos of his dog, his siblings, his friends. Happy moments, celebratory moments.
And Dean.
Photos of them kissing, hugging, smiling, holding hands. Parker wanted to die.
Dean had left over tw months ago. Back to Colorado, thousands of miles away. Thinking about anything but Parker. While Parker sat here staring at their photos like an idiot.
He still watched his streams sometime. Still stared at the number with the little contact name titled "Dean."
But in the end, he'd always put the phone back down, close the stream. But never take down the photos.
The words rung in his head, and he hated how gentle Dean was about it.
"I have to go, Parker. I can't do this anymore."
Parker sat on the floor and pulled his knees to his chest, wiping away angry tears. Him and his stupid obsession with his image. After someone had seen them out together, he'd gotten skittish. Closed off. Then eventually left. Parker had seen it coming, but it still hurt worse than he thought it would.
Parker laid his head in his hands and cried.
